Beautiful and spacious studio. Close to all the top restaurants and bars in LA. 5 minute drive to Hollywood and Sunset. Parking available. . My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

Spacious studio, with a queen size bed , full size kitchen, full size restroom and full access to back patio. Parking permit is provided for overnight street parking.

Perfect distance to many local spots. Many are walking distance and others a quick an easy 5 min drive.

Great place overall and great location - Super Central!

I'd give 5 stars if the communication was better (or even existed the last 5 weeks of my 2 1/2 month stay). I reached out 4 times over 5 weeks, and not only had my messages not been read... I obviously didn't have personal contact info other than through VRBO - so my messages were never returned even by the time I checked out. So if the A/C or TV or something broke, I would've had to live with that for over a month or so. As a former property manager and landlord, I would easily be checking guests' messages at least once daily. You never know.
