Amazing Hollywood Bungalow Three!

Clean and quiet and in the center of everything! 1920's Hollywood studio bungalows located in an original courtyard building! Beautifully updated while retaining all of its original charm and character in a very central Hollywood/West Hollywood location. PLEASE INQUIRE before making a reservation REQUEST. We have a 31 day minimum so we have to be picky about scheduling reservations.

The space
Newly renovated studio bungalow's located in an original Hollywood courtyard building. All new furniture includes weathered double bed frame with very comfy pillow top mattress, desk with chair, TV and cable, and wifi. Marble bathrooms with tub/shower, skylight, built-in original dresser, plush towels, soap, shampoo. Cheerful 1920's kitchen with gas stove, fridge, microwave, utensils, pots-n-pans and everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. Closet with hangers. These vintage bungalow's look out over the lush courtyard and are surprisingly quiet given the fact that they are in the middle of the city. The location is very central to Hollywood and West Hollywood. Ralphs, Sprouts Farmers Market, Salt's Cure, Walgreens, West Hollywood Gateway (Target, Best Buy, Starbucks, AT&T, Verizon, etc.), Chase, Rite-Aid, Michael Kohn Gallery, Freecity Supershop, James Perse, Fat Sals, American Academy of Dramatic Arts, Avis/Budget Car Rental and a great cupcake/espresso shop are all within a couple blocks or less. Excellent fine dining options are available 5 blocks away at either celebrity chef Mario Batali's Osteria Mozza or chi Spacca restaurants, or celebrity chef Ludo Lefebvre's Trois Mec or Petite Trois restaurants (Please check their websites for reservation requirements). About a 10-15 minute walk to Hollywood and Highland, many stores, restaurants, tourist attractions, and the metro station. West Hollywood is 4 blocks away, the city center is a 5-10 minute drive. Beverly Hills, Studio City, and Burbank are all within a 15-20 minute drive. Many restaurants, tourist attractions, parks (Runyon Canyon, Griffith), night life venues and stores are a short drive (or Uber) away. Guests will have access to the courtyard through a locked gate and their bungalow.

Other things to note
There is free street parking on this street everyday except Monday 12pm-3pm because of street cleaning, please be sure to read all posted signs.

TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION ISSUES: There is street parking on the street of the property. The only restrictions are Mondays from 12-3pm for street cleaning. However, there is a construction project across the street that can slow down through traffic and parking mobility at times. They can also be noisy during weekdays.
