Large decks overlooking spectacular ocean views. Just steps away from the beach! Awesome place to make memories! Perfect location on the Island. Minutes from Surf City, restaurants, grocery stores, and much much more! Linens included!!! NO PETS! Sleeps 4. Check-in Saturday to Saturday only. This property is a duplex (Surf & Sail) both units available for rent.

We had a wonderful stay. The reason for our trip was my son was getting married, but we also wanted to squeeze in some beach time. All in all it was a great week. I would recommend staying at this property anytime.

Perfect location! Exactly what we needed. Fantastic stay! The property was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The location was perfect and made exploring the area incredibly easy. Deanna was highly responsive, provided clear check-in instructions, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!

This condo was perfect for my family of three. We wanted something with a private beach access and this was perfect. My daughter loved the outside shower which helped because the condo only has one bathroom and it was pretty small. BUT the shower in the bathroom was great! This condo was very clean and had everything we needed. There was a couple with two young kids on the other side and we didn't hear anything through the walls! This condo was a great value for the money! Enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely the perfect location; convenient to shops and restaurants, and direct access to the beach which we loved! Deanna was so accommodating to get the space cleaned early for us to do an early check in and we really appreciated it! Great stay!!

Lovely beach home!

We enjoyed this beautiful, recently renovated beachfront home. It is clean and comfortable and in a great location! Perfect for a peaceful beach vacation!

Lovely beach house!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. The location is amazing and we loved the short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed both cooking in and dining out. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. Thank you!

Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed your stay at The Surf! I'm so very sorry over the dryer :( Unfortunately I'm very limited with laundry space, so only a few units will fit. I tried replacing parts but no luck as you know. I've ordered a new unit! Due to COVID everything is taking longer. I've tried to order directly from the manufacture and it's still weeks out :( Thanks again!

The location of the rental was great! We were just steps from the beach! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The only concern I had is that the balconies are not private. The dividing wall is only a half wall.
