ROCK LOBSTER! A Luxurious 3 Story Family Beach Home has been a sought-after Carillon Beach vacation rental home for years and just right for the perfect family gathering. This home is located directly across from Carillon Beach Walk-over #8 – it’s that close! Step over the sand dunes to the sugary white sands and emerald waters, where you will find a complementary set of two chairs and pads with umbrella set up for you daily (March 1 - Oct 31).

Wrapping porches offer multiple ocean views. Rock Lobster is the main house and Love Shack the guest house with a shared pool and hot tub in-between (heated upon request). Need more space for family members and friends? Add the guest house (Love Shack), which is also meticulously equipped, accommodates 6 additional guests and offers more views of the ocean. You can find the combined main and guest house listed as “Rock Lobster & Love Shack”.

SHARED/PRIVATE POOL - only registered guests may use the pool. The guest must request heating the pool - Daily fee required of $60 per day before taxes.

ROCK LOBSTER is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. In addition to the manned entrance gate, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Also, Carillon Beach is a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away.

PARKING POLICY: 3 vehicles OR 2 vehicles and 1 golf cart. Maximum of one Vehicle or Golf Cart in the gravel area to be parked in front of a home, in the gravel. NO Golf Cart Charging of a cart that is parked on any gravel area. Charging must take place in the driveway.

GUARD GATE ENTRANCE PROCEDURE AND HOA PARKING POLICY: The Carillon Beach HOA has implemented a QR code entrance procedure for renters at the main entrance. All vehicles must register and pay a $42.50/vehicle parking fee to enter Carillon Beach. Upon registration, you will receive a QR code that you will use at the entrance scanner.

This is a family vacation home. WE DO NOT RENT TO VACATIONING GROUPS OF UNSUPERVISED STUDENTS OR THOSE UNDER 30.
