• A swim ladder makes it easy to get into the sea for snorkelling over vibrant coral heads and exploring the shallow Wreck of the Gamma nearby.

• Less than a mile from downtown George Town, with shops, cafés, and waterfront bars a short drive or longer walk away.

• Convenient to the Seven Mile Beach strip and Camana Bay by car, taxi, or local bus for more dining, shopping, and watersports.

ESSENTIALS STARTER PACK INCLUDED

To make arrival easy, an essentials starter pack is provided:

• Kitchen essentials: Dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, and coffee filters.

• Home essentials: Shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, blow dryer, and iron with board.

• Linens: Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are all included.

Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.

Supermarkets are closed on Sundays in Cayman, though most restaurants and gas stations remain open, and some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery items can also be pre-ordered and delivered before arrival.

TRANSPORTATION

• A rental car is highly recommended for this area so guests can easily explore Grand Cayman at their own pace.

• Many guests book directly with trusted local providers such as Marshall’s Rent-A-Car, Andy's Rent-A-Car, or compare options through Kayak.

• Public transportation available close bye, however having a car offers the greatest convenience and flexibility.

ACCESSIBILITY & PARKING

• Accessibility: Second floor end unit accessed by stairs (no elevator), best suited for guests comfortable with a short flight of stairs.

• Parking: Free on site parking for one vehicle.

PROMOTIONS

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

After booking, you’ll receive detailed arrival information by email, and your unique door code before arrival.

Check in is any time after 4:00 PM with keyless entry; early check in may be possible depending on cleaning schedules and can be confirmed with the property manager closer to arrival.

Check out is self service at 11:00 AM, with clear instructions provided; late check out is only available if pre arranged, as time is needed to prepare for incoming guests.

We had a wonderful stay at the Georgetown Villas and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location truly couldn’t be better—right on the water with beautiful views that made every morning and evening feel special. It was so convenient to be close to everything while still feeling relaxed and peaceful.The condo itself was spotless and very well maintained. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. It was clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the space in excellent condition.We also really appreciated how responsive and helpful Don was throughout our stay. Communication was easy and timely, which made the entire experience seamless.The condo was fully stocked with all the essentials we needed, making it easy to settle in and feel at home right away.
