Recently painted, updated bathrooms, new granite kitchen counters with breakfast bar, brand new central air. 2 bedrooms downstairs with shared bath and 2 large bedrooms up with shared bath. New back deck with ample seating. Gas grill. 1 acre property. Convenient to local stores, including grocery (Cronigs). Come enjoy all that up island has to offer!
