We’re happy to offer a queen air mattress if needed. Please let us know before check-in so we can have it ready for you. Please note that adding the air mattress does make the studio quite tight, but it is still doable and comfortable for short stays.

Quiet hours: 10 pm – 6 am
💤 Bathroom fan, kitchen hoodfan are available for white noise and earplugs are provided for your comfort

Laundry: Washer + Dryer: If you stay for more than 7 days, you can request access to the Laundry Room in our home. Please contact us to schedule a time with us.

Heads up: The suite shares a wall with our family home, so you may occasionally hear normal household sounds like little ones playing or footsteps. The backyard is also a shared space, so you might see or hear children outside from time to time. We do our best to keep mornings quiet, though you may hear some activity after 6:00 a.m.

For a cozy night’s sleep, we recommend keeping the bathroom fan on for white noise. You’re also welcome to turn on the hood fan above the oven for extra white noise if needed. Earplugs are available in the bathroom basket as well, just in case.

Highly recommend. Studio unit is beautifully designed, very clean, nice and bright. A very easy space to live in. There's a gas fireplace in the corner, which heats up the space quickly- super cosy. Everything was provided for cooking. Closet to hang clothes and big empty drawers in bathroom was all I needed. Instructions for self entry provided were easy to follow. There is a gravel path from parking at front to the entrance of unit at rear of house. Host answers immediately, I had to call to locate parking. All was quiet and easy. Short drive or healthy walk to sweet coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay in the Suite in Fort Langley. My husband and I came out to the area to watch Usport Volleyball Nationals for 4 nights. Communication with our host was seamless. Thank you for the lovely welcome snacks! The Suite is absolutely spotless, very nicely decorated with all the essentials in the kitchen and bathroom and the bed was super comfortable. It was close to Fort Langley shops (walking 10 min). We would absolutely stay here again!
