With 955 sq. ft. of comfortable living space and a spacious 152 sq. ft. balcony overlooking the emerald waters, this condo is designed for families and friends who love to gather near the salty shore.

The open living and dining area features floor-to-ceiling Gulf views, while the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops makes it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together. The primary bedroom includes balcony access and endless Gulf views, and the guest bedroom with attached full bath is ideal for kids or friends. Whether you’re sharing stories over dinner, sipping coffee to the sound of the waves, or watching the sunset from your balcony, Pelican Beach 913 is a place where family memories and beach days come naturally.

The Pelican Beach Resort property is amazing! With three pools, hot tubs, a seasonal tiki bar and cafe you my never want to leave. With a fitness room, sauna, tennis, the pools and hot tubs, game room and more you will find plenty of things to enjoy.

This property comes with 2 parking spaces.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
