Welcome to Sand Pointe 101, a beautiful three bedroom condo located in an oceanfront building on 41st St. Being mere steps from the beach, this is the most convenient location you could ask for! Also being located across the street from the Convention Center is perfect for those attending special events. The condo is equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 3 TVs, central A/C, free Wi-Fi, and basic cable. Enjoy spacious balconies and two parking spaces. This non-smoking unit accommodates up to 8 guests, and pets are not allowed.
Please note: sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided, but a linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an additional charge.
Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
