Inaccurate listing! Overcharged by 30%

Beware, this property does not accurately detail what your stay will cost. We were up charged by 30% at the actual property. The listing was inaccurate regarding per charge per day and did not accurately convey the resort fee and taxes. The resort is in a wonderful location and the staff were friendly, but the property is shabby, and very much in need of repair. Which can be typical of Tahoe motels but given location at Heavenly Village and outrageous resort fees, this place should be in much better shape. A few nice highlights were the s’mores kit one evening and Doug the resident sucker fish.

In serious need of an update.

The price is far too high for a room that hasn't been updated since sometime in the 70s. Clean, I guess, --but so old it just looked and felt grubby and depressing. Staff and housekeeping nice. I'm always amazed at how good something can look in the pictures...
