Hacienda Punta Vista is a one-of-a-kind property central to all that Cabo has to offer. It is a 1/2-acre oasis boasting Cabo's amazing views of the marina and downtown Cabo San Lucas. This spacious, open-concept villa is well maintained and includes your very own large walk-out patio on the main level and a covered veranda on the upper level. Includes private pool, hot tub and grill. It has 6 bedrooms with 6 en-suite bathrooms, with four including ocean views from your super comfy king-size beds.

You will love all that the property has to offer; relaxing by the pool, enjoying happy hour, drinking your morning coffee, singing, dancing with the LED light karaoke machine, playing yard games, watching whales breaching, gazing at cruise ships in the bay, viewing Cabo city lights and fireworks. Many of our guests also enjoy poolside massages and private chef services.

The hacienda is CENTRALLY LOCATED WITHIN 5-10 MINUTES OF EVERYTHING CABO HAS TO OFFER. You can quickly and easily get to Costco, Wal-Mart, Fresco (grocery store), the famous Medano Beach, and the downtown marina tourist area. There are also at least 5 other beaches and adventure parks within 10-15 minutes of the hacienda, and nature and hiking trails just outside the property for those of you who like to adventure a little. There is also a convenience store within walking distance from the property.

The hacienda is ideal for anyone wanting high end accommodations with the comforts of home. It is enjoyed by couples or families travelling together, honeymooners, and girl/guy groups.

As an added bonus the rental includes the use of a Ford Explorer for use during your stay. Super convenient to explore Cabo and run errands to the surrounding stores. It can transport 7 people. Transportation from the airport to the house still has to be arranged separately.

Amazing Bachelor Trip

Booked this place for my bachelor trip and Cesar it was perfect! Cesar the property manager can hook you up with anything you need during your stay! The property is amazing but Cesar makes it special!

This was a great stay. The property was beautiful with an amazing view. Cesar was a wonderful host and helped with anything. Oscar and the chef was amazing and one of the best services I’ve ever had! This is a great property and I’d recommend it!

Girls Trip

The property was just like the listing and was a great house. The only things that were an issue were the car did not work the entire stay and the full ocean view was now two partial ocean views. The location is great if you have a car but there is construction around still happening but not noisy at all. The Property Manager Cesar was great and accommodating due to the car issue. The private transportation that we setup through Cesar with Roberto and his staff was great. The Chefs Oscar and Carlos were amazing and the food was so delicious. We would definitely stay there again and have all the same staff because they were all great.

A Cabo dream!

This villa was everything we could have dreamed of and more! The kitchen was well equipped & the pool/backyard was a dream! Cesar was absolutely AMAZING and seamlessly coordinated all of our activities (transportation, chef services & a private boat). Wishing we could have stayed longer! Would definitely book again!

Perfect house for Cabo!

The house was beautiful. Our six couples loved having our own rooms with bathrooms. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor area was relaxing with great views of Cabo. Ceasar and his team were amazing!!! They took care of everything we needed during our stay. The private chef dinner, massages, and jet skis were fantastic!!! Having a car available was a huge bonus.

Great stay in Cabo

Had a wonderful stay here. We loved that every bedroom had its own private bathroom. The pool was fantastic. Great views from the pool and upper balcony. There is construction going on around the street/neighborhood but it didn’t bother us. Cesar and his team were very accommodating.

1st time VRBO

We were nervous as this was our first VRBO experience. Everything went better than we had expected. Communication was wonderful, the property is beautiful. Perfect layout for a large group/family. We enjoyed our time with our adult children.

I hesitated to review this property to see if anything would change in the owners postings. The views advertised are basically fraudulant, there is a large apartment complex constructed right in front of the house that completely obstructs the views of the ocean on the main level. Expect limited ocean views from only the top balcony. During most of our stay there was a strong septic aroma, quite pleasant as you can imagine. The in house chef and staff were 100 percent the highlight of our trip. They were amazing. If you don’t mind not having an ocean view the property was vast and the pool area was great but I can’t get past the fact that it wasn’t as advertised and still isn’t.

The perfect girls trip!

Cesar and the team went out of their way to help us create an unforgettable trip. The house was perfect for our group of 8. We had chef and shopping services to eveerything we wanted was there when we arrived. We had massages by the pool and went for a sunset cruise. The perfect trip to Cabo. NOT A AMAZING VIEW!!!!

Omg where do I start!Minimal view of the bay, huge building site right where your view should be. Dump trucks and traffic all day right beside the pool, dust everywhere. The house is literally in the middle of a construction zone. The pictures ofthe property are a lie.

We absolutely loved the home! It fit our needs perfectly. We had a family vacation with our adult children. Having separate bathrooms for each bedroom suite was truly a plus!!! We took advantage of several excursions including snorklng, scuba diving, and a sunset dinner cruise. The property pictures were true and the views were amazing. The abilty to use their vehicle was definitely a plus. Cesar coordinated round trip transportation for us and surprised us with drinks and tapas upon arrival. Definitely will be back!

Golf Outing

WOW!!!! What a house!!! Absolutely beautiful and man what a view. The place was huge and it didn’t even seem like 8 guys were staying in it. The upstairs and downstairs options are great as if you wanted a little quiet you could get it. Cesar our property manager was very attentive to our needs and when we went to BBQ and propane ran out a new one was there in 15 minutes. This placed rocked!!!! Thank you

Amazing Views but property fell short

It looks just like the pictures. Great view. However, we arrived to a dirty property. The showers had razors and hair. The coffee machine had mold in it. A few of the bathrooms had broken fixtures and the hot water was sketchy. The property manager did communicate but our first impression was a lasting impression. They also treated the pool during our stay which took away some of our pool time.

Property misrepresented

Swimming pool and hot tub were not heated till 4th day. Cesar didn’t understand controls, insects were in abundance on patios, new road on direct edge of property wasn’t shown in pictures, which must b 2-3 years old. Construction equipment, trucks,cranes,pickups, people were back and forth for 18 hours a day creating a dust store continuously. The quiet, semi isolated property is totally misrepresented now.

Great house, great support staff

Our family of 13 people had a. Wonder stay at the house. The house has 2 identical units which must be rented separately sometimes. We had both units. All the rooms were comfortable and clean. What we loved most about our stay here was the support staff. The manager Caesar was ver helpful in arranging airport transportations and chef for our stay. Oscar who managed the chefs and the butler was super easy to work with and helpful. The chefs Eric and Carla’s food was delicious. Our butler Caesar (different Caesar) was absolutely wonderful. They all couldn’t be more helpful and gracious! They made our stay easy and care free! If are not familiar with Cabo, I suggest you bring lots of dollars because most places in Cabo take dollars. And dollar dispensing ATMs are not easy to find.

Phenomenal Cabo home

The pictures don’t do this property and especially it’s views justice. I felt like it was in a movie! Serene setting with beautiful pool and views of the ocean and rocks by the arch and 6 master suites where everyone has their space. We enjoyed wonderful meals together outside. Cesar the house manager coordinated airport transportation, covid tests, and hooked us up with an excursion coordinator as well as a chef whom we used for two of our days. There was everything you needed to cook your own meals if you like too. There was fun for all between jet skis, whale watching, snorkeling, Atv’s, zip lining, and some enjoyed just relaxing by the pool and doing puzzles with an incredible view. The location was so close to Cabo and nearby a wonderful grocery store. It felt very safe, and I enjoyed jogs from the house daily. This is truly a luxury rental, and we really enjoyed our stay. We just wish we could have stayed longer. We appreciate all the Cesar did to make our stay perfect!!

Great stay!

This was our second time to Cabo, first time at this property, and we had a great time. The property is huge and perfect for a big group. We had 11 adults, and everyone had ample space. The 6 private bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing. The pool and hot tub were easy to use and well heated as needed. The views are unbeatable and you never get tired of them. The property manager (Cesar) is friendly and helpful and responds quickly to any needs you have. The car was a major plus and with 7 seats it was incredible to have to drive to town (which you'll need because the property is ~10 minutes from downtown so not walkable). Keep in mind it is still Cabo, and even the nice properties are still not going to be perfect. We had some issues with showers clogging/leaking, some broken doors/lights, and squeaky beds. We were also missing some basic household/kitchen items upon arrival. However, Cesar quickly remedied all concerns, and the squeaky parts of the bed could be removed. Overall, the property was great for our group and we had a fun week!

excellent views but a couple items to know

the pictures are accurate, the views were beautiful, the outdoor patio with pool was perfect for small children and the temps were amazing all day. if you are ok with how things operate in mexico, this place will be fine with you, but if you are a stickler that everything works perfectly, you may be disappointed our issues 1) sewer smell a couple days from waste 2) downstairs main bedroom toilet made an excruciating loud noise after flushing until tank completed filling 3) downstairs tv remote had no batteries, and even after we replaced had to turn off/on via tv, remote could not 4) two tv's upstairs did not work/had no remotes even 5) the place has a tired look inside, the outdoor furniture was much better condition. the dinnerware/pot and pans should be upgraded for the price of the unit the chef they coordinated was amazing and we had breakfast and dinner done by him and his asst. he was amazingly cordial and the food was excellent! again, although we will probably look for a little upgrade if we return to cabo, the price was considerably better than some of the other choices at the time and the car provided was a big bonus/savings overall i still give the place a 4 out of 5 because it definitely was an enjoyable stay! thansk, bruce M.

Beautiful views

Great place for large groups. We had nine adults in our party and never felt cramped. As with all places that provide many with a dream vacation, some tlc is needed and the property manager said that was being addressed during a break in the calendar next month. But we never experienced any issues that dampened our stay at all. Though I myself would like to see the addition of a martini shaker and some glasses hint hint. Both decks provide incredible visuals and we especially enjoyed watching all the fishing boats head out all at once every morning with our coffee. It was like a parade. Sunsets are gorgeous from the upper deck as are massages at sunset. proximity to the marina area in just 10 - 15 minutes. Having a car is awesome and Uber is very easy and reasonable too if you prefer letting a local do the navigation for you. Highly recommend sunset Mona Lisa and el falleron for dinner, both offer incredible food and stunning visuals. And be sure to catch a sunset from the rooftop bar at the cape. Great vibe and upbeat atmosphere. The property manager Cesar was very accommodating and his staff provided excellent service during our stay. We had two dinners done by a local chef he arranged and both were delicious so treat yourself at least once. Thanks for hosting us. we all had a great time.

Adult Family & Friend Vacation

We had a great time at Hacienda Punta Vista and would definitely recommend the property! Here are. few things that would’ve been nice to know before we arrived…first, the gorgeous view is no longer there. You can still see the water, however the condo that is going up in front of the property blocks the majority of the view. I am sure it was absolutely stunning before that thing went up. While it was somewhat dusty due to the construction going on around us, it wasn’t bothersome or overly loud at all. There is very little at the house in terms of spices, baking dishes, paper towels, TP, etc. It was really nice having 2 kitchens - we used the upstairs one for overflow. They also have a large cooler for use, which came in very handy. Having the vehicle to use was also great. It’s not in the best shape, but it’ll get you where you need to go. Ubers were very easy to get and it was only about 13 between the house and Marina including tip. We were a party of 10 so could not all fit in the vehicle. Cesar, the property manager, is absolutely amazing!! He is a wealth of info and responds to requests very quickly! Make sure you have him explain the hot water in the showers…it takes a bit to heat up and in some showers the cold faucet is actually the hot. The karaoke machine unfortunately didn’t work and the cornhole bags were empty/ missing, which was a bummer, but I know Cesar was ordering new bags. Costco & the grocery store are just minutes away.

An amazing place to stay!!

Wow! What can I say about Hacienda Punta Vista? Amazing! We booked the whole house months ago for my partner's 50th birthday celebration. We were so happy to find a house to accommodate a large family. Russell and Amy and amazing hosts! They are very quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. We arranged round trip airport transportation which was so easy and convenient with excellent service. Arrived at the house greeted with tapas and margaritas. Cesar the concierge of the house was tremendously helpful and always a text away.The car that comes with the house is so useful to go to Costco or Walmart which are both minutes away. The house is gorgeous! The rooms are spacious and all have en suite bathrooms. The views are stunning as well. We had a chef come to prepare our meals on Saturday which was delicious food and amazing service. Cesar even arranged for someone to come to the house to administer our covid tests as required for our flights back home. We were there for four days and we never left the house!
