Welcome to Casa Flyée – Your paradise escape just 2 minutes from one of Costa Rica's most beautiful beaches.

Located in the enchanting setting of Punta Uva, in the heart of the Caribbean, Casa Flyée is the perfect place for those seeking to disconnect from everyday life and immerse themselves in natural beauty. Nestled between the lush jungle and the vibrant town, our house offers a unique experience where nature meets modern comfort.

Casa Flyée can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for friends, couples, or a small family. It offers three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a queen-size bed.

Located just 300 meters from the magnificent Punta Uva beach, a jewel among Costa Rica's most beautiful beaches, it offers easy access to breathtaking scenery. The beach is just across the street, and there are two restaurants, a small convenience store, and a fish market, all within a 2-minute walk.

Two bicycles are included with the rental to make getting around easier.

The entire town is easily explored by bike.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and its open-plan design gives you the feeling of cooking outdoors. The house benefits from plenty of shaded areas and fans in almost every room, offering natural comfort without the need for air conditioning, thanks to the mild nighttime temperatures.

Outside, enjoy the yoga shala for your workouts or relax in our hammock, perfect for unwinding or observing the surrounding nature. Casa Flyée offers a comfortable setting while also being close to several amenities.

The internet is high-speed fiber optic. Ideal for digital nomads or those who work online and need a good connection.

The house is located on a hill, near the road. While some traffic noise is noticeable, it decreases considerably in the evening, as it is the second-to-last village before the road ends.

For your comfort, we also include starter supplies: toilet paper, coffee, salt and pepper, hand soap, dish soap, and shampoo. Once these complimentary supplies are used up, you will need to replenish them yourself.

The house has an open-concept design; the kitchen and both living rooms have no windows, so you can watch the parrots while having breakfast.

Please note that the bedrooms are closed off to ensure your comfort during the night.

Living at Casa Flyée means immersing yourself in the heart of the lush Costa Rican jungle. From this house, we have had the privilege of observing wildlife in all its splendor. Colorful toucans, curious monkeys, and parrots frequently come to visit us. You might also occasionally spot sloths.

Wild animals also mean insects. Living at Casa Flyée means living in harmony with nature.

Another important point to note is that there are several steps to climb to reach the house. However, it's excellent cardio!

Also, please note that our housekeeper, Rosa, lives downstairs. The house is truly yours entirely. She lives in a small apartment on the ground floor, completely separate from the main house. Furthermore, we provide weekly cleaning for stays longer than 7 nights. The final cleaning is included. For stays longer than 7 days, weekly maintenance cleaning is provided. Laundry (sheets, towels, clothes) remains the responsibility of the guests.

Electric scooter rental is available ($370 USD per month or $15 USD per day).
