Hyra idealiskt belÀget i det mest fashionabla omrÄdet i staden nÀra Place du Pin pÄ översta vÄningen med hiss 2 steg frÄn havet och gamla Nice. Station med blÄ cyklar och blÄ bilar vid foten av byggnaden. Denna 40 m2 stora uthyrning har en 20 m2 stor terrass och en 10 m2 balkong. Det har totalrenoverats och har vÀndbar luftkonditionering. Det faktum att vara pÄ översta vÄningen (6: e vÄningen) gör denna hyra mycket tyst och lite pÄverkad av buller frÄn gatan. Vi har till och med internetÄtkomst sÄ att du kÀnner dig som hemma! Great Location in Nice

The apartment is on the top floor (there is an elevator) with stunning views from the back terrace. The front terrace overlooks the streets and restaurants. The apartment was efficient, the kitchen had everything you need plus a washer! The bathroom was typical, small shower which could feel cramped for some people. The only issue was the square pillows on the bed, not what we are used to but apparently it’s a French thing. The location can’t be beat, a close walk to old Nice and the Girabaldi metro station. Take tram 2 from the airport. Overall, you won’t go wrong with this apartment.

Wonderful host, beautiful apartment, fab location. Well equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant stay in Nice, and with a balcony on either side you get both morning and evening sun! We can't thank Sophie enough, and would definitely stay again!

Week in Nice

One of few self contained cottages near old town. 5 minutes to old town and public transport. Two penthouse terraces with views was great as was air con. Host easily contactable. Second set of towels would have been preferable and shower very compact.

Great accommodations

The apartment was a great place to stay in Nice. It was clean, air conditioned, and had everything we needed, including beach towels and mats! The balconies are lovely to sit out on. Sophie was very quick to respond to any messages. The elevator in the building was great for transporting our bags. The location was very central and near the old town and the beach.

Wonderful apartment near the port and Old Nice!

The apartment is in a terrific location, with numerous restaurants nearby, and grocery stores around the corner. Only a 5-minute walk to the Garibaldi tram stops which made it easy to access the airport or train station. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was adequately equipped. It was lovely having two balconies; one was always shaded from the intense sun. Hostess Sophie was very accommodating regarding our arrival schedule which was altered several times by airline changes/delays.

Nice Apartment

We enjoyed our week in Nice at Sophie's lovely apartment. We particularly enjoyed the 2 terraces, giving us lots of light, air and 2 views. The seagulls nesting on the roof were no problem. The 1.50 euro bus to Cap Ferrat was great, we enjoyed the 2 hour walk around the Cap. Sophie was a delight to deal with.

Simply the best!

Such a nice experience to stay for 8 days in this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the middle of the trendy area between the port and place Garibaldi. One balcony with sun for breakfast, and the terrace on the opposite side for afternoon drinks and dinner. The apartment is well equipped for cooking your own meals and the area around hosts many nice restaurants. We spent time at La peche a la vigne, with friendly staff and excellent food and wine. We will come back! Thanks Sophie!

Stylish apartment in the Port area of Nice

This is a perfect location if you like to walk to most places - the Port, Place Garabaldi, Nice Old Town, Place Masséna and the Promenade. Sophie, our Host, communicated well right through the booking and was punctual and helpful. The apartment is modern with two balconies, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and a double bedroom. TV & WiFi were easy. A bonus is a parking space (extra) if required. Would highly recommend it. Thank you Sophie for looking after us so well. Jeanette & Bruno

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Nice

The apartment was perfect, it had everything we needed and the 2 balconies were fantastic with sun both ends of the day. The apartment was very clean and the location is brilliant, close to the port, trams and plenty of restaurants and bars that give a great buzz to the area, 3 supermarkets within a short walk made shopping easy. Sophie was fantastic and went above n beyond waiting for us to arrive which because of delays and tram shortages meant we didn't arrive till midnight. Check out was quick and easy with Sophie's daughter arriving exactly on time. I would recommend this apartment and will definitely stay again when we visit my son who lives in Nice. Thank you Sophie

Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage, direkt in der Altstadt, aber trotzdem nicht laut. Die Terrassen vorne und hinten sind toll, da man je nach Wunsch, immer Sonne oder Schatten hat. Auch gut ist der Parkplatz, da es in der Stadt sonst sicher ein Problem gewesen wĂ€re. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es, da die Möbel schon stark abgenutzt sind und die Reinigung etwas besser sein könnte. Aber alles in allem haben wir und sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

It’s not in a marsh!

We stayed in this apartment 6 years ago, so we knew we’d like it. Stylish bedroom with open racking, an airy living space, a tiny kitchen area and *two* balconies: one looks over rooftops to the hills, the other has a view of the lively place du Pin. Why ‘marsh area’ (and it was ‘swamp’ when the apartment was with a different agency? I’m guessing it’s a mistranslation from Paris’s Marais. Vrbo, please note!

Excellent accueil pour excellent séjour

J'ai apprécié l'accueil sympathique et chaleureux de la logeuse. L'appartement avait tout pour passer un bon séjour, la double exposition avec deux terrasses est fort agréable. Le quartier est formidable pour les gourmets et ceux qui veulent boire un verre. Il y a les meilleurs restaurants, épiceries et bars. Au dernier étage, le calme est absolu. de la ville.

Nettes Appartement mit zwei schönen Balkonen

Der Aufenthalt war super, es war alles, wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe. Guter Kontakt mit Sophie, der Gastgeberin, problemloser Check-In. Tolle kleine zwei Zimmer-Wohnung im 6.Stock aber mit Aufzug, Klimaanlage und einem super Blick ĂŒber die DĂ€cher von Nizza. Top-zentral gelegen, Promenade und Altstadt zu Fuss in 2min. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und wurde aktuell im gesamten Treppenhaus frisch gemacht und gestrichen.

Sophie's place is wonderful!

Location is so great, very close to beautiful Port Lympia and many bars, restaurants and cafe's right outside, walking distance to Old Nice. Sophie is lovely and welcoming, she met us when we arrived, the space has everything you need for a short stay and the balconies are a nice bonus, the picutres do not do it justice. Would happily stay again, thank you Sophie :)

Appartement trÚs bien équipé et trÚs propre qui bénéficie d'une situation paisible. Idéalement situé à proximité des commerces, des restaurants du quartier du marée et du vieux Nice. Cerise sur le gùteau un PARKING sécurisé. Un accueil avec le propriétaire trÚs agréable et un échange riche de conseils et d'informations. Nous reviendrons... s'il reste de la dispo !!

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Zentrum von Nizza. SĂ€mtliches (Restaurants, CafĂ©s, SupermĂ€rkte, Museen...) ist zu Fuß erreichbar; sehr gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Klimaanlage war ein Segen! Toll ist auch, dass es einen Balkon und eine Terrasse gibt. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.
