Gorgeous 2BR Condo Directly on Perfect Cozumel Beach !!!!!

You will not find a more perfect condo RIGHT on San Francisco beach on the island of Cozumel.

This is THE prime location in the Residencias Reef Condominiums, Building 1 (closest to the beach), corner unit gives you a huge wrap-around out-door patio with ocean views and is also right next to the pool.

We only allow Saturday to Saturday bookings. VRBO does not give an easy way to specify that on the calendar.

*** The pier at the resort next door that normally is used for diving and other boat pick- ups charges $10/person per day. You must buy bracelets at our security gate.

We have a no-refunds policy and we will enforce it in all cases unless the property is unusable or Mexico stops letting travelers into the country.

PLEASE buy "Cancel For Any Reason" trip insurance and make sure that it covers COVID concerns.

If your trip is more than 3 months out, we will refund if the property is rebooked.

Beautiful condo with everything as described in the listing. The location right on the beach and beside the pool was ideal. Neighbours were quiet and the welcome package was appreciated. The recommendation to rent a car was a good one since the condo is about 10 km out of town and there are really no close options for meals or groceries. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo!

Very clean and very lovely! Enjoyed being right on the beach and close to the pool. Everything was perfect. Would totally recommend this condo to anyone considering a trip to Cozumel!

Location, location, location!

What a fabulous property! We have stayed at RR many times but this was our first time truly oceanfront! The wrap around deck was perfect for dining or just hanging out! The interior was very nice and had everything we needed. As usual the RR staff was helpful and kept everything looking beautiful!

Lovely 2br Apartment!!!

The best 2br property @ Residencias Reef Great location in front of the beach & super close to all scuba diving sites. Well equipped with plenty of beach towel, kitchen utensils. Apartment is well kept clean & very well maintained.

Paradise

This place is AMAZING! View of the water! Next to the pool. Most of the time it was like having our own private beach! Close enough to everything. You will want a rental car though. You will need beach shoes to get into the water. Snorkel toward the pier and continue down that way. The host was FANTASTIC! You won't be disappointed. If my pictures could upload your would know what I'm talking about but the files are too big.

Best location of all the condo units!

This unit has everything one would need: bottom level so only a few steps to the grass and just a few more steps and you’re on the sand. It’s as close to the ocean as any of the units. As our party we’re divers, it’s very close to the pier. And we loved that as a corner unit we always got a nice breeze while sitting on the porch. We’ll definitely be booking in the future.

Slice of Paradise on the Beach

This 2 bedroom condo is right on the beach in a perfect location. The check-in was easy in this gated and guarded condo community. The condo itself was great for a family of 4 adults with the kids in one bedroom with split beds. The kitchen is fully functional for making great meals. The living/dining room had plenty of room and the A/C was great in all the rooms. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean. The patio overlooking the beach is a great place to eat dinner while the sun sets. This condo is the best for accessing the beach and pool. Don’t hesitate to stay here!!

Love the place. Great access to the beach and pool. You can see sunsets and the boats in the water at all times. The porch is wonderful for having outside activities with the kids when it is the hottest time of the day. Even if you want to avoid the sun, you can hang out on the porch and have lunch, very private, and can hear the water. Beautiful place to relax and enjoy time with our family. We missed going one year and we were so sad. This year we are going to not miss it again. It is not too far from town, but a lot of times, once is enough. Get to the beach and swim or the swimming pool if you want something different. Lovely place to visit at any time of the year.

Residencia Reef - 5140

The condo we rented was incredible - the security and grounds crew were amazing - never felt unsafe at any time - open and spacious condo - big everthibg - the living room and deck that was steps from the beach was awesome - when the weather was a little windy we watched a few movies but with one eye out the big sliders to the palm trees sunset and beach - wifi is better than at home - pool is warm and no one in it - loungers on the beach were always available and were were there at the busiest time of the year - tons of shade if you want it but the deck was the place of choice for everyone to hang out - much better than the crazy reaorts. Kitchen has everything you would want including a blender ! Explore cozumel for food or make it in the condo - we did a bit of both - little taco stand walking distance which was very good - we had a car and you have your own parking spot which was very key - Martha was so nice and kept the place spotless - if you are diving just budget for the secrets pier pickup $5 per day or walk down to Paradise beach - the secrets pier is just steps away from your door AND all the top dives sites are 5 minutes away - no big windy rides back - rinse tank is beside the condo deck - we had such a great time we are already booking it up for next year. Thanks so much Judy - what a special place you have and it definitely brought our family closer together during our week away.

Perfect in every way!

My family of 4, children 13 and 10 had an absolutely perfect vacation at this property! The pictures don't show exactly how big the condo is. We were surprised at how much room we had. The beach is out your back door, and the snorkeling is excellent. I can't say enough about how perfect everything was. We will definitely be back!!

Best Location on the Property!!

In my opinion this unit is in the best location on the property. You get awesome beach views as well as a great view of the property with the wrap around porch. Being on the first floor makes it easy to run in and out without having to walk around the building. Condo is well stocked and the daily maid service is an added bonus. Property manager / owner was very responsive and helpful with things to do and hook ups on excursions. We will be back!!

Wonderful stay at beachfront condo!

What a wonderful place for our week in Cozumel! The condo had everything we needed and was in an amazing location, with beach and pool right there! Beach and pool were gorgeous, as was the view of sunsets from the patio!

Home away from home

The view of the ocean from the patio is spectacular. You can catch your boat for diving and snorkeling right off the pier. Clean and very well stocked .The welcome basket was so thoughtful. We will be back!

Gorgeous Property!

This is a gorgeous place with a panoramic view of the water. Thanks to Judy we had an incredible week. This condo is located right on the beach and the infinity pool is a dream. Just walk out the back door and down the steps. You will feel like you own the entire property. Every amenity you desire. Wonderful gift basket. Great Mattress! TV's in all the rooms and a complete library of DVD's. The Secrets resort has outdoor shows you can watch and there is a dock for catching the SCUBA boats. There were a few improvements that need to be made soon. The shower in the master bath should be overhauled. And the patio chairs should be replaced. That's it. Perfect!

We have been to Cozumel many times and this was our first time staying at this condo. It is our new favorite location! The proximity to the beach and pool, the view, the dock at Secrets being so close, and the excellent communication and service were all exceptional. Our kids all tried diving for the first time and it was so convenient and easy from this location. Sandra's Kitchen did several meals for us and they were all delicious. The maid service was excellent. My only complaint is the music from the disco at Secrets at night. I found it odd that we could hear it so distinctly when we had stayed at Secrets the previous year and never heard it. But we used white noise to drown it out and it wasn't a big deal.

Highly recommend this property! Beautiful view and location. Very safe!

This property was everything it showed and more! The first floor corner unit was the perfect location being only steps from the beach and steps from the pool. The view was amazing! Everyone was very friendly including both condo renters/owners and workers. There was a binder filled with all of the information we needed on the condo and getting around Cozumel. The was a welcome basket filled with fruit, snacks and juices that we really appreciated since we were all hungry when we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the plates, cups, pots/pans, spices that we needed. Even margarita glasses! We felt very safe everywhere in Cozumel, especially at the complex. Great place for a family. Can’t wait to go back! Check out the little shack down the street for breakfast! There are also places to eat and/or grab a drink just a short walk down the beach. Highly recommend this property!!

This condo is truly a 2nd home to us and our families and we put our hearts into making it that.

Why they chose this property

We looked at several properties on Cozumel. But the Residencias, and this condo in particular, were perfect. The quiet beach, the just close enough location to town, closer to the reefs, the wrap-around porch with a constant breeze and direct access to the beach and pool, the beautiful craftsmanship evident throughout the construction - it spoke to all of us.

What makes this property unique

One of the best parts of this location is the choice you have. Dive boats can pick you up easily; the pool & beach are almost empty; but down the beach either direction are numerous activities, people & parties!

And you'll be so spoiled by having only 2 steps down to the beach that you'll wonder why you ever stayed somewhere that made you get in an elevator!
