2 Bedroom Luxury Condo w/ Magnificent Ocean & Jungle Views, Walk-to-beach!

'The Shana Residences' are a luxury condominium complex in Manuel Antonio, nestled amid the lush rainforest of Punta Quepos. Shana Residences #310 has some of the best ocean views and location in the entire resort, and overlooks the pool area. The condo is well-appointed with high-end furniture and furnishings, including all of the details that one would love at their home away from home.

The living area, dining area and kitchen all communicate with each other, and with a fantastic outdoor covered balcony--which is the perfect spot to relax after a day of fun activity. The master bedroom has a king bed, a queen sofa bed, a large walk-through closet and huge bathroom. The guest bedroom also has a king bed, walk-through closet and large bathroom. Every detail provides the maximum comfort--from the mattresses, sheets and duvets--to the familiar coziness of the kitchen.

The Shana Resort is located in what is perhaps the most pristine and tranquil area of Manuel Antonio. It is located just minutes from the main public beach, Manuel Antonio National Park (one of Forbes magazine's '12 most beautiful national parks of the world'!), and main public beach (Playa Espadilla). There is also a beautiful cove beach just 8 minutes walk away along a private trail- Playa Biesanz, where the waves are smaller and you can rent beach chairs, kayaks and paddle boards.

The Shana has it all: a huge family pool and Jacuzzi, adult pool & bar, sunning terraces with day beds, a contemporary lounge area, restaurant, and 24 hour security. There is also a private gym on the premises (not included but very affordable). You can even hire your own chef, or have a massage therapist come directly to your condo!

Our family had another wonderful trip to Manuel Antonio. The second we arrived around 5pm we had monkeys greeting us on the balcony. We saw also saw a sloth, parrots, tucans and many more right from the balcony! The room was very spacious and clean. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved this unit. Having two large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms was awesome. We ate breakfast and drank our coffee on the deck overlooking the pool and ocean every morning. We had fun watching the monkeys try to get food from people at the restaurant. The view can't be beat. Having laundry and access to the hotel pool was great. The unit has beach chairs and towels. I'd recommend wearing good shoes to hike down to the beach and not flip flops, but it's only about a 5 min walk once you hit to the trail next to the hotel. The beach is rocky-bring water shoes!The only issue we had was check-in. We didn't receive anything prior to check-in so figuring out how to get into the unit after checking in with the hotel was a bit tricky. You'll need the website with the key code for the lock box. :) Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend for a stay in Manuel Antonio!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect and I thought it was a great value considering its spaciousness.The two large King bedrooms were both equipped with a private balcony, sitting area, huge walk-in closet area and en-suite baths. Literally two very large hotel rooms with a large kitchen, living room in between with its own balcony overlooking the pool area perfect for eating or just hanging out outside. It's also nice to have a full kitchen and washer and dryer.The locations was perfect as it is surrounded by many good restaurants -- but should you choose to not venture out, the restaurant right at the Shana is also very good. The location is also convenient to all the starting points for all the adventures that the Manuel Antonio area has to offer. Would certainly stay there again.

This was rated 10/10. The property was in average condition and very dated. It is stated as walkable. I would not consider the road walkable. Especially at night for dinner. The property also had an odor of stale smoke or something.

Awesome views! Great pool! Healthy home to a great beach.

Perfect place for 4 active people. We enjoyed all of the incline back from the beach, pool, and restaurant. Book a guided tour in the national park on the first day so that you can learn about the animals and birds that you will hear and see from your porches.

Great amenities, nice pull out couches, kitchen was stocked with basics. There is a nice grocery store close in quepos and we were able to stock up. The walk down to the beach was our favorite. Beautiful quiet beach!! We saw more nature on property than at the national park.

The apartment was very spatious and had all we needed for a very pleasant stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and all the furniture was well kept snd of a high quality. The rooms were private, each with their own terrace. The shared terrace had a great view of the pool and we were regularly entertained by monkeys and sightings of toucans. Really enjoyed the Shana hotel restaurant, pool and the proximity to the private beach.

Wonderful and secluded, our condo was on the site of Hotel Shana. It had a fantastic view of the pool and the sunset over the ocean.It was well stocked and clean when we arrived. The hotel staff was so friendly and always helpful.We would certainly consider coming back to this beautiful area.

This is the place to stay! Clean, plenty of room, and nice view. The beds were comfortable and I loved the refrigerator had filtered water and ice maker in the door. Plus they have anything you might need-beach chairs, washer/dryer, selection of books, and Wi-Fi. The onsite restaurant has good food and the hotel staff is friendly and helpful.There are a couple of other restaurants within walking distance. The hike to the beach was short and lots to look at along the way.

Nice Property

The property is very well maintained. The balcony overlooks the pool and the restaurant. There is a family pool as well as a adult pool which makes it nice. the only draw back is the parking situation and that wasn't really that bad. It is close to restaurants.

A well equipped condo located in an idyllic setting. Great views and wonderful amenities including access to the adjacent hotel pool restaurant and beach…was actually better than expected! Fantastic place to stay. The quality of the residence and amenities were great. You can't beat the view for morning coffee or evening cocktails. As a property renter myself, I appreciated the attention to small things like beach chairs, coffee and filters, full kitchen utensils and equipment, and bags for excess food or snacks. The residence is well maintained and has quality furniture throughout. Would definitely look at renting again and highly recommend to people.

The property is beautiful and everything as described. We were able to eat breakfast and havr coffee on the deck each morning looking at a beautiful view, lots of amazing birds, and occasional monkeys. Pool was beautiful too, walk to the beach was through the jungle so we got to see birds and scenery on the way. The beach is so nice too! A great location for exploring the country around MA and Quepos too. We would love to return someday!

The condo was as advertised. It is well laid out, nicely situated, well stocked, close to beaches/adventures, restaurants and shops nearby, teeming with wildlife, great views. Kent, the manager, is responsive and professional. Restaurant and service staff are very accommodating. Only some minor criticisms including the master shower and a few maintenance issues. Other than that, we highly recommend this condo.

Absolute perfection!!!

Loved everything about our stay here. The view was epic. The unit was beautifully decorated and had nice finishes. Very spacious for a family of 4. The resort amenities were a wonderful bonus. The almost private beach was so nice! Our concierge was fabulous and took great care care of us. Everything from check in, yours and check out went smoothly. Not one single complaint except maybe the bill climbs to get around which I just considered my workout for the day so no big deal. We will definitely return! Top Notch all the way!
