MODERN LOWER LEVEL CONDO BY THE POOL, END UNIT

Comfortable , quiet, spacious, light, Non-Smoking Condominium in the beautiful Mesquite Country Club. This condo is in Phase 1 and faces E Ramon. This is an End Unit on the Ground floor with a view of the pool & Spa from the living room.
The condo has just had a refurbishment in 2025.
Sit outside and relax on one of the two patios.
The 1st patio is off the living area and faces the pool and spa.
The 2nd patio is outside the bedroom and houses a laundry with full size washer & drier and laundry supplies.
There is a Queen-size bed , 2 night stands and a dresser and a full length mirrored closet in the bedroom with plenty of room for storage.
There is also a queen-size leather sofa sleeper in the living room and a feather topper mattress that can be added for comfort. There is also a double bed electric air mattress in the bedroom closet. There is a 32 inch HDTV in the bedroom.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for your stay with modern appliances. The dining room has a table and seats 4.
There is a 65 inch HDTV in the living room with DVD and Bose Wave stereo system .
The Telephone is unlimited long distance in Canada and the USA with Wifi internet.

Just two miles from the Main Strip. Very Close to the Airport and Shopping.

Per the Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinence 2018, Please be aware.

AGE: you must be 25 yrs old to book this property.

Occupancy: the maximum number of overnight guests is 2 adults .

PARKING: only 1 car is allowed at property and a Red parking pass must be displayed. There is a $25 replacement cost for the parking pass if it is lost or removed.

NOISE: Be mindful of the neighbors & limit noise to respectful levels. Outdoor music is not permitted at any level, anywhere. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS.
Violation of the city ordinance are fines of $5000 & HOA penalty of $1000 and may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return car pass to top drawer in kitchen. If lost a replacement card is $25.
If you used the BBQ, please clean post use and replace the BBQ cover. Ensure the plug is removed from the electric socket
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Amplified music is not allowed outside of the condo. Keep noise down around the pool. I have neighbors who work at home. NO PARTIES
If you move the furniture, please return it to its original location before you leave the condo. BBQ to be left clean with cover on please.
Please return the vehicle pass to the condo top drawer of the kitchen island or you will incur a $25 replacement fee.

Great location

The condo is located close to grocery stores and downtown. It is equipped with everything you need and steps to the pool. The owner was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Looking forward to returning.

Great location

Steps away from the pool, short drive to grocery stores and downtown Palm Springs. Owner is very easy to communicate with and prompt if you have any concerns. Comfy bed, plenty of bathroom towels. Couple things could use updating, but minor.

Close to downtown Palm Springs, grocery stores, restaurants, theatres. Condo is steps from pool. It is adequately supplied with necessities. Owner very easy to communicate with if there is an issue or question.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The condo is beautiful, kitchen has everything you need, plenty of space, and the location next to the pool was perfect! Very kind and gracious neighbors, quiet, and perfect starting point to everything Palm Springs has to offer. We couldn't be more pleased with our first trip to Palm Springs and plan to come back. This condo was as advertised. Very clean. Kitchen was well equipped with cookware, dishes, appliances etc. Judith was excellent to communicate with. Check in and check out was a breeze. All around a good experience. Would recommend this condo.

My wife and I stayed here for approx 6 weeks and enjoyed the opportunity to stay at Judiths home.Judith was great to work with, easy access to the home and always prompt in her replies.The home itself was conveniently located, steps to the pool area and had 2 patios to utilize.Everything worked in the home and it came with all amenities anyone could want or need.It was nice having a washer and dryer.The home was clean and had a functional floor plan.I will return in future travels and highly recommend it.

A Lovely Poolside Condo

We found this condo ideally located in central Palm Springs, close to grocery stores and all downtown activities. It is attractively furnished, just as shown. The kitchen is lovely has everything a cook could need. We enjoyed breakfast on the quiet patio, watching the hummingbirds and liked the location a short walk from the pool which was never crowded but offered the chance to meet friendly neighbours. Judith was very accomodating, prepared us well for our arrival and responded quickly to any emails. We would recommend this condo and would love to come back again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was well equipped with dishes, pots and pans. it had all the amenities that one would ask for. The location of the unit was ideal with it being just steps to the pool. The owner, Judith has been wonderful to work with and if we were to go back to Palm Springs we would certainly rent from her again.

Great location!

We had a great time here. it was so nice to just step out of our patio to the pool and hot tub which was right there. We especially enjoyed the front patio where the sun shone the majority of the day. We spent most of our time there. Everything as described with the condo was spot on, except there was only an electric barbeque not a propane barbeque which was a bit disappointing. We would definitely like to come back again!

Exactly What We Wanted

The unit is well positioned, easy access from the airport, close to all amenities imaginable. It is clean, safe, contains all anyone could ask for, your home away from home quite literally. The pool is just off the patio, the BBQ is great for those who want to use it, we didn't but it was there. Though you're close to the airport there is no noise. The gardens and surrounding landscaping is extremely well maintained. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone going to Palm Springs or Palm Desert or Area.

Judith’s condo was great place to stay. So close to downtown, airport, Palm Canyon Drive. Easy access to everything. Great location for walks and bike rides!

One of the reviews that caught our eyes was the one that stated, "it looked just like the pictures". We found the same thing and were delighted with the convenience and design of the condo floor plan. Being more than fussy about cleanliness we were impressed with the state of the condo when we arrived and settled in very quickly. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, cutlery, pots and pans etc. Access to the pool is very convenient, just steps away from the rear patio. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and have already booked it for our holiday next winter. Thank you Judith!!!

Nice One Bedroom Condo

Palm Springs one bedroom condo right beside the pool, great location, close to restaurants, pubs, shopping, short drive to downtown trendy shops and eating... the condo was well stocked with everything we needed, check the condo before you go shopping, lots of condiments are already there... we really enjoyed our one week stay over Christmas break... very comfortable!

Palm Springs getaway

This was our second great year in this condo and our 4th year in this condo complex. The unit is clean and very adequately equipped. The owner is pleasant to deal with and accommodating. Having ground level near the pool is a plus. We like the proximity to downtown Palm Springs and all that the area has to offer including biking/walking paths, golf, shopping and restaurants. Overall this is a great location and property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. Prior to arriving the owner was excellent at communicating all the details of the condo.The listing photos were up to date providing an accurate description of the property. The information book at the condo was well organized and was helpful. The condo was very clean and well -furnished. The location by the pool is great. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio.It was very quiet and peaceful. Seeing hummingbirds was a bonus. The condo is close to downtown.We enjoyed the Tram, and the downtown Trio restaurant ,and Match box restaurant.Also the nearby golf course, Indian Canyon South is great.The downtown Thursday night market is fun to spend a few hours walking around. Thank you to Judith for renting the condo to us.We hope to come back.We would definitely recommend this property to others.

Great condo with a beautiful kitchen - with deluxe dishes, cutlerly, gadgets, etc. Huge bedroom (and closet) with great mattress. Linens/towels first class. We loved our stay in this great condo - so close to the pool - and very close to downtown Old Palm Springs. It was immaculately clean when we arrived - and was exactly as described and in the pictures on the VRBO site. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone - or to rent again ourselves. The owner - Judith - was a pleasure to deal with.

Lovely, clean, comfortable condo in an old (but very well kept) development

We stayed for 10 days in early January of 2013 and really enjoyed our time here. The condo is nicely set up for a couple, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything one could need for a great holiday. The pool area was peaceful and literally steps from the little patio, the parking place is again, steps from the front door, and Judith (the owner) was attentive and kind and prompt in all communication. The condo was exactly what was advertised and the pictures shows precisely what greeted us when we arrived. We found the bed comfortable and there was tons of closet space. Judith has this condo nicely set up for guests. We rented bikes for the week and pedalled all over Palm Springs, the tennis court was rarely used and we could walk right on any time of day. It was a lovely stay!
