We did not get to the property until 3:30 am so o could not call in the 3 hour frame required for complaints ! The condo was not very clean including dust piled up on some furniture,sand in both beds in the front bedroom ,every dish or silverware we went to use was dirty dried on food on them and the furniture including the beds all need an upgrade … beds very uncomfortable and also sofas very old and worn ! The view and balcony were the best things there as well as the outdoor immunities ! Overall very disappointed and would never stay on this unit again ! If we had been there longer than 3 1/2 nights I definitely would have called but didn’t want to ruin what little time my Grandkids had there as this was their summer vacation My daughter and o were highly upset and dissatisfied!

This condo was as described. The kitchen was well stocked In every aspect. Lots of towels and washcloths. Beds were super comfy too which is a plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is amazing!

The condo is a little dated and the appliances were ancient, but the location is perfect especially if you’re really only sleeping there. The beach was beautiful and Schooners and Patches are walking distance. The heated pool was a big plus as well when the weather was cooler.

Very relaxing. love the balcony overlooking the beach. the master bedroom with king bed and the 2 separate bathrooms worked well for us.The Patches Pub & Grill was conveniently located a short walk from our condo. Their food and wait staff were wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed their Oreo Peanut Butter pie. It was the best dessert that we had at the beach.

Mother/daughter get away

Great place to stay. Location is on the quiet end of PCB. The security guards are great and greet you every day with a smile. Now if you are someone that is going to nick pick every little detail, then this isn’t the place for you but if you want a cozy family friendly place and are not picky, then this is your place.
