This was the most gorgeous condo we have ever stayed in! It was extremely clean and very well stocked. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Our host Koren was very communicative and made sure that everything from check in to check out went smoothly. We would 10/10 stay here again.

Our stay at Sterling Sands was amazing! Our Condo 313 was better than the pictures and description. One of the nicest condos we have stayed at in Destin. Kori was responsive and wonderful! Don’t pass this home up!

We loved staying in this condo on our last vacation. It was super clean and everything was top notch! The host was very helpful with providing excellent communication about the checking in/checking out process and checked on us during our stay. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Another Great Stay!

Best Condo Ever!

Beautiful place to stay

We had a wonderful week at Destin! This condo is gorgeous! Very clean and well maintained. The view is the best! The owners thought of everything. The pictures are exact! The check in process was a breeze. We will be staying here again. Thank you for the beautiful hand painted canvas bag, love it.

We had an amazing stay in Destin. The condo was perfect !!! We have stayed in this unit before and I highly recommend it!! Lots of space, very clean, and had everything we needed. The view is incredible. The owner reached out to me a few times to make sure we were enjoying our stay !!! She was amazing !! We will be back !!

Lovely condo with a spectacular view

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo with an amazing ocean view. The property was very clean and so comfortable. Kori was friendly and easy to work with and thought of everything needed for a week at the beach. The ice maker was an added bonus. Can't wait to come back in the Spring!!!

First stay at Destin.

Property was exactly as described in listing. Beautiful condo, great view of the gulf from the balcony. Large stand alone ice maker is awesome along with the free beach service! Linens and beach towels was included and a nice burden we did not worry about. Check in was flawless and host checked to make sure we were doing good. Would absolutely stay at this location again.

Beach love

Excellent beach stay ! Very clean ! Lots of care was taken with this unit for guests to feel welcome . Ocean bedroom has a king bed that was very comfortable, which is important. Guest bedroom has the perfect setup :) We will definitely be returning to book this unit

The best!

This has been our 6th year at Sterling Sands and this unit is our favorite. The owners have thought of everything and we felt right at home. Everything from top to bottom was super clean and very nice! All beds were super comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed and was well stocked. The stand alone ice maker was a huge bonus along with garage parking and complimentary beach service! The owner was so easy to work with and quick to respond. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing getaway

What a beautiful condo to share with family over Fall Break! This property is beautiful and close to anything you may need for your stay. The breathtaking beach views, and the pool were perfect to relax each day. Kori provides plenty of items to make you feel right at home while sharing their condo! Plenty of things to get you started for your vacation, and the in condo ice maker was such a nice addition to have to pack coolers each day. We dined out for dinner during our trip, but we cooked breakfast daily in the condo. The kitchen has plenty of items to cook elaborate meals, if needed. Check in was such a breeze, and we are already looking forward to a repeat visit!

Awesome Unit!!

This was our third time staying at Sterling Sands and this unit has been our favorite! Upon arrival, the unit was very clean and the owner, very accommodating, checking in to make sure everything was ok. The condo is beautifully decorated and very beachy, not to mention well stocked with everything you need. We loved all the extras (smart TVs for streaming, ice machine, extra outlets for phones/devices, beach towels, beach service, and more). Great condo, great unit, great view, great beach!!! We hope to return again next year!!

Great place to stay!

We have never been to Destin before so I had no idea where to stay, etc. Fortunately, we LOVED this condo! it was spotlessly clean, felt very spacious, had an amazing view of the beach and was in a great location! We were no more than 10 min from anywhere we wanted to go. The proximity to parking/elevator/etc could not have been better. The beverage fridge was a nice bonus. The kitchen was well stocked. We spent a lot of time on the balcony in the mornings and late afternoons. The beach chairs/umbrella were really nice to have (note: if you want to rent additional chairs do it first thing in the morning because they run out). The beach never felt crowded, neither did the pool. The property was very clean and well maintained. The beach is amazing. Kori was very quick to respond to questions and very accommodating. My husband wants to book this again next year! I highly recommend.

Sterling Sands

What a wonderful property to stay in for a week. We're a family of 5 with kids ranging from 10-16 and every one of us would go back and stay here in a heartbeat. Pulling in to the covered parking and seeing the elevator so close was a welcome relief...but walking in the front door to a clean smell and a million dollar view was even better. This condo had never been rented by these owners prior to us arriving...so we were a bit nervous about what we'd find. I asked a few questions of the owner and she responded immediately, ensuring me that she had personally gone through everything and that they had been working for months to have it ready for people to stay in. She was accurate. The condo has obviously had a facelift. It felt like home from the second we walked in. The furniture was either new or extremely well cared for, the beds were new, sheets and bedding were clean, bathrooms were spotless...nothing felt outdated or old...it just felt right. The televisions are new, easy to operate, dvd player was available, HULU, Netflix, etc....and the wifi was strong and we never had any issues with communication. The view out to the gulf was incredible. It's a 3rd floor so it's not too high but still high enough that you don't get a ton of noise from the grounds below...and the best part is this condo is NOT above the pool, so you don't get the noise of kids playing or people talking...you get to year the roll of the ocean all day and night. The balcony has high chairs that we used every morning and night for coffee and drinks as we watched hundreds of dolphins throughout the week. The beach sand is so soft and white and the guys at the shed who put up the chairs were great to work with...making sure things were ready to go long before you were. The pool was immaculate and clean...and was a great place on the cooler days to spend some time and let the kids play. The location is about as good as you can get it if you want to be close to nearly everything. Restaurants are all over...but you can walk to a couple near Sterling Sands. Grocery store is less than a mile away, Target a couple...and the outlet malls 6-7 miles down the road...but the best part is all of that traffic is on the other side of the building so when you're in the condo, you have no idea anyone of all the people in town. The entire condo is the perfect size, the grounds are maintained VERY well and this particular condo is perfect.
