Beautiful Boutique New Orleans Loft Apartment, historically renovated in the heart of the Central Business District. This spacious downtown loft features 200 year old exposed brick, original hardwood ceilings & a historical cast iron rope elevator wheel. Come live easy on Magazine Street just one block from the world famous Canal Street & French Quarter Landmarks nearby are the Convention Center, Bourbon Street, Frenchmen Street, Harrahs Casino. Come check us out we would love to have you!

We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

Unique, clean, comfortable and a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the French Quarter, tons of great restaurants nearby, and the WWII Museum was close too. The space itself was a unique, lofted-style VRBO with tons of old wood charm that gave it a cozy, historic vibe. The host was incredibly responsive and super helpful throughout our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. Great spot for exploring New Orleans.

Beautiful Spot

This location was exactly what my husband and I were looking for! We wanted a place that was walking distance from New Orlean’s main attractions, and I was truly that. The place itself was comfortable, spacious, and met all of our needs. Would certainly love to stay here again, in the future!

A great location to be close to everything fun! A quiet street with a short walk to Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. Studio apartment set up worked well for our family of four - the fire escape balcony was a fun photo spot, too.

Great New Years Stay

Apartment was clean and listing was accurate, thought we thought room was prettier than pictures show. If you have a few coming with you just be patience in sharing the single bathroom and you'll have a good time.

Big easy stay

We stayed here in preparation for our cruise. We wanted to experience a little bit of the big east before we left. Just a short 5 min walk to bourbon street and other great attractions in New Orleans. The loft was clean and comfortable. What a great experience. Will plan to stay here every time we are in New Orleans.
