Beautiful Boutique New Orleans Loft Apartment, historically renovated in the heart of the Central Business District. This spacious downtown loft features 200 year old exposed brick, original hardwood ceilings & a historical cast iron rope elevator wheel. Come live easy on Magazine Street just one block from the world famous Canal Street & French Quarter Landmarks nearby are the Convention Center, Bourbon Street, Frenchmen Street, Harrahs Casino. Come check us out we would love to have you!

We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

We absolutely loved our stay here! This place has so much charm and plenty of space for my family of 4. The check in instructions were super easy and the biggest plus is that it’s in walking distance to Mother’s! We will be staying here again.

Check in was easy, it was a small place so even on the 4th floor no issues, and our room was right in front of elevator. The room was clean, the beds comfy and pillows not flat. There is a pull out bed but it was not comfy for adults, our smaller kid slept in that. The kitchen had dishes, silverware, a coffee pot, coffee, and some pots and pans. There were plenty of towels a table with 4 chairs. The curtains made it dark in the room when closed we loved that. The temp was good ac worked great. The shower is standup room for one person water pressure was eh but it did the job. Parking is not onsite so be prepared to pay. There is a parking lot one block to the left front and another one block back to the right. The casino is a 3 min walk. Canal st is literally a block away so we walked everywhere except the zoo. There is a laundry room on each floor we were told we could use. My only complaint about that was I think the housekeeping uses it too bc 2 of the 3 laundry rooms were full with linens in washers and dryers. I ended up folding towels in one floor just so I could use them and the housekeeper came in and emptied them all for me. Really nice. Ruby slipper restaurant is a 10 second walk and the people were so good. I would stay here again for sure!

Excellent location, truly. Right off Canal St. but quiet. Plenty of paid parking lots near by so easy access to your car. Walking distance to WWII museum, Canal St. action, trolley system and eateries.

Reconnecting with friends in NOLA

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay! We were five friends attending a reunion and this penthouse had everything we needed - a place for bonding and recapping events of the day, a refrigerator to store all of those left overs, extra blankets and a strong sense of safety within the building and outside of it. It has an excellent location for walking and sightseeing and yet it was in a quieter section of town (on the other side of Canal St). We took advantage of neighborhood amenities such as a locally owned corner store (Nesbitt) for some great coffee and getting a mani/pedi at the nearby salons. There is a great breakfast/brunch place right next door and the riverfront is such an easy walk for a morning stroll or run. Given another opportunity, our group would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Couldn't be happier with how close to the French Quarter we were without being IN the Quarter. Great communication with host, helped us with all aspects of stay. There was a slight issue with plumbing, but we were moved over to another suite, seemlessly. Very happy with stay and would choose them again

Great location, Needs a deep clean

Awesome location, very easy to check in, and looks just like the photos for the most part. But for the amount of money that I paid to stay here for Super Bowl week, the cleanliness of this unit was not acceptable, I would expect some of that to go toward a deep clean. We also had three females getting ready for events, and there’s not one mirror in the entire unit except the bathroom mirror. The communication was not with the owner, and I’m not sure the owner would be super happy with how dirty their unit was actually despite good reviews So, I definitely recommend this property as long as they really make an effort to really clean, and add a mirror (please!)

Great Location

Our Second trip to NOLA this spot offered a great location to the Quarter and Canal St. Easy walks to just about anywhere. Trolly and public transportation just a block away. Cosy spot...pretty quiet since it's on the top floor. Bonus...one of the best brunch spots is outside your door!

Nice tidy property close to French Quarter and other attractions. The bed was reasonably comfortable but had roll together. They forgot to supply a bathmat and tea towel and even after i asked for some they didnt supply. The property description says free parking, there is no free parking anywhere close to the property so dont choose this property based on free parking.

the place has a great location that is walkable to so many must do NOLA activities! the host was very easy to commhnictae with and made check-in a breeze. the place itself was clean and well air conditioned and had very comfortable beds. would definitely stay her again!

Easy and quiet

Clean, convenient property. Three of us stayed here for 2 nights. It's an easy walk to the WW2 museum one direction and the French Quarter the other. The bathroom is pretty minimal with not much room to organize your stuff, so would only want to stay here more than 2-3 nights if I was by myself. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Unique & Very Clean Condo

The condo was very clean and Genesis was extremely responsive and very detailed in her suggestions. I love the vintage vibe and the brick walls. It was really a cute spot. When we return we will be back. There is no parking on the street because it is downtown New Orleans, however we parked overnight in the Premium Parking P0501 lot on Common Street. It was alike a 2 minute walk from the condo. It was about $50, but it is in a garage so it is a little more secure than the open parking lots. I would suggest that you pay for more time then you need because the company is extremely strict and we saw many cars with boots. Ours didn’t get one because we left about an hour and a half before our time ran out. When you arrive you can unload before parking to avoid walking to the condo with all your belongings. Just put your hazards on and everything will be fine.

Great Location

This was a great location. We felt safe. There is great food nearby and you can walk to the French Quarter easily. The property was as listed and the pictures are accurate. We liked the larger space than a normal 2 queen bed hotel room, and the cost was a little less. I give 4.5 stars for the accuracy of the online listing because it says onsite parking, but this is not true. You have to find and pay for parking. Not a deal breaker, and parking is plentiful, but this should be corrected in the listing. I give 4.5 stars for cleanliness. The apartment was clean. The windowsills, edges on the floors, and vent fan in the bathroom could use a little attention, but my bare feet were clean walking on the floors and the kitchen, bath, and bedding were clean. I don’t think it was any different from a hotel as far as clean goes, and it did not impact our stay. My concern was that the roof leaked. It rained most days while we were there. We saw buckets in parts of the halls to catch small leaks. I didn’t think much of it until the last night of our stay. It rained really hard and water came pouring in our room in 2 spots. It was a lot of water. Lucky we were there to move our belongings and throw towels on the floor, or some of our things would have been damaged. I notified the property owner so they can fix the roof. I would stay here again if I knew the roof was fixed. The property owner was very responsive and I am confident they will fix the roof, but I’d ask before booking.

Great Overnight Stay

Great location to New Orleans downtown and French quarter area. Property was clean and communication with the host was excellent! Do be prepared to pay for parking. I've stayed in the French Quarter area many times so this was not much of a surprise to me though. Would definitely stay here again.
