This is a 2nd floor, 2-bedroom 2-bathroom ocean view unit, The Master bedroom (BR1) has a King-sized bed, and the 2nd Bedroom (BR2) has 2 Full size beds. Full kitchen. The kitchen comes complete with coffee maker, blender and all the essentials. The kitchen is also fully equipped with any necessary cookware. Each bedroom has its own private, newly remodeled bathroom with beautiful glass-enclosed showers. The living room will make you feel at home with its tasteful beach décor, Wi-Fi internet, cable TV. Local golf course is located just one mile away. Located near downtown Port Aransas, the golf course, shopping, beach access and restaurant. Amenities included: TV, wireless internet, access to charcoal BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 boardwalks to the beach, 2 shared community pools.

The whole process was very easy, the pool was very nice and clean. Our water heater wasn't working on our first night but management too care of the problem right away.

Cute and close to the beach!

Very cozy condo with ample kitchen space and comfy beds. Right by the pool but quiet at night, and super quick walk to the beach!

Island Retreat

We stayed at this 2 bedroom condo for 4 nights. We truly enjoyed our stay. The beds were good, the showers were great, and kitchen was extremely well equipped . I had already known that the washing machine/dryer weren’t in the unit but it turns the laundry was right across the parking lot -super close! I do wish the listing would have specified what type of coffee maker is included so we could have brought coffee ahead of time.

Wonderful accommodations!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was very clean, we felt very safe and comfortable there. It was decorated very tastefully and furnished with everything we needed to cook and serve our Thanksgiving dinner.
