Walking distance to Campton mountain ski area. Year round activities to include hiking, caves, rivers, and short drives to Santa's Village, Storyland, and Franconia Notch just name a few activities. Full work area to include desk, monitor, keyboard and high-speed WiFi. A little piece of Heaven in the Autumn in New England

This is the 2nd year we've stayed here. Dave is great to work with, house is awesome---clean, comfy, cozy and everything we needed with access to the White Mountains and the Kanc.

Amazing home with spectacular views!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property! The home was exceptionally clean, spacious, beautifully furnished, cozy, and fully stocked with cooking essentials. The beds were extremely comfortable, there were multiple tv’s, and the kids loved the arcade! Free passes to the recreation center were included with our stay and the family had a wonderful time swimming, playing basketball/tennis, as well as enjoying the live music. The location of the home is amazing and the mountain views from the patio are absolutely spectacular! The hosts were extremely responsive, friendly, and accommodating. We look forward to staying at this property again!

Mountain view Memories

My family had a marvelous stay in this mountaintop home. The view is spectacular and we all enjoyed sitting on the deck, listening to the birds and being surrounded with beauty and peacefulness. Our favorite part was at night when you could see ALL the stars! The house was perfect; checkin/out a breeze, a nicely stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of space for all. The best part was that you don’t HAVE to put laundry on or take trash to dump when you leave; Your cleaning fee is actually used for cleaners:) The area: wld recommend a small suv/ truck to get to destination in snow, the clubhouse/pond is wonderful plenty of pools to use, and if you want to try restaurants in Plymouth/Lincoln which we did, they are abt 15-20 mins away. We loved our stay and appreciated the owners for sharing their home with us. We can’t wait to visit again. Cheers!

Great house in the Mountains!

House was clean with a well equipped Kitchen. Very comfortable furniture to relax in after a day of skiing. 3 floors of living space allowed everyone to find a place to chill out. Love the mud room and boot mats in the garage. A truly comfortable get away. Would look to come back in the future. Check in and check out were super easy as the owner is very organized and communicates via text. Great location in proximity to Loon and Waterville Valley. Thanks for sharing this great place with others!

Outstanding view!

Loved this property! Photos are completely accurate. House feels new, decorated with a designer's touch. Very clean. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Just a couple of considerations.......make sure you're driving a four-wheel drive in order to get up the driveway. Also, make sure you have the code for the Wi-Fi well before you arrive. We had no signal at the property, so we were unable to access the email with all the house information. It had been delivered to us during our drive up. We had to drive back into town to find a signal to access the information. We would definitely stay at this property again!

A Mountain of relaxation and fun at Dave's Place

Everything about this place was exceptional. To say well-appointed probably isn't enough. The place has everything you need and more: a great kitchen/cooking supplies; cool mid-century furniture living/dining area and comfy beds; a great layout with a loft living room and downstairs rec room with a fun arcade emulator (we all enjoyed it); free passes to a great community center with multiple pools in/outside; and spectacular views from the main level and deck. Most importantly, Dave was a responsive and helpful host. Can't say enough about how easy the check-in/out process was and Dave being accommodating to our inquiries and questions. All that said, I have to add that the mention of 4-wheel drive is not a joke- the road up there is steep and the driveway up the last hill is unpaved and rocky. Not a problem for our standard-sized SUV but smaller cars may have issues even in the summer. If your car can make it up there- you'll be rewarded with a relaxing and fantastic time at Dave's place. If I could give it more than 5 Stars I would.

Truly amazing

The description and photos do not do this place justice. The house was spotless on arrival, had everything you could need. Even the kitchen was filled with you need. The furniture was beautiful and very comfortable. The view is truly stunning. One of the best places I’ve ever rented.

Nice house with a great view and close to the mountains for skiing and hiking

When we first arrived it was snowing and were fortunate to have an all wheel drive suv to handle the mountain the house is on. The entrance from the garage has a long hallway that you can keep all of your snow and ski gear. The house is very clean and has a nice kitchen with lots of glasses, dishes and pots. A keurig with coffee is supplied which is a further example of the hospitality the owners put into the house. Upstairs has a great tv with a huge couch. Downstairs has another tv and the arcade with all the vintage and classic games provided lots of entertainment! We felt welcomed and were able to spread out and relax for the week we were there and would come back in the future.

Labor Day 2021

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Waterville Estates at this property. The house was clean and well-furnished with plenty of space for the adults to work and the kids to play. Hikes and outings in the White Mountains were close by as well. The owners were friendly and quick to answer questions during the check-in and check-out process. We will be back!

Immaculate home with gorgeous views

We had such a great time at this beautiful property! Loved the location. House is as clean as clean can get! Had plenty of room for our family of 5. The neighbors were also very welcoming and friendly. Loved the porch (especially my one year old son). Owners very responsive and affable. Would stay here again.

Great location. Property was very clean and like new. Plenty of room for 5 adults. We stayed in the summer - thinking about coming back again for the winter ski season. This was one of the nicest properties we have stayed in!
