OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
* Every booking includes a non-refundable $60 Damage Coverage Insurance Fee. You will have the peace of mind that you will not be charged for any unintentional damage done to the property during your stay.

* Three security cameras on the premises, one over the front door and two overlooking the parking area and driveway. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately. The cameras are for your protection and ours!

* The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters. If you see a bear during your stay whether in the woods or in the driveway do not go near it or feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous. Bears are RARE!

* Cookware is provided. No Zip Locks, foil, oil, sprays, or condiments provided.
Starter hand soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels, and a garbage bag for each trashcan are provided. Please plan to bring or purchase any additional supplies that are needed for your stay. There are a couple grocery stores within a few miles from the cabin.

* Consuming Alcohol while In the Hot Tub is DANGEROUS! Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! NO unsupervised children allowed in the hot tub!

* No late check-out or early check-in. Our cleaners need enough time to properly clean and sanitize the cabin between guests. If this should happen we reserve the right to charge $50 per hour.

* No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

* Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $200 and you will likely be asked to leave.

* NO open flames allowed inside the cabin including candles. This is for your safety and the safety of the other cabins in the area!

* NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE CABIN!! Ash buckets are provided on the outside decks for smoking outside...

* Please no littering in or around the cabin!

The cabin was awesome! The hosts, Matthew and Angie, were incredibly supportive and responsive. The location could not have been more perfect for our travel plans to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. The cabin felt like it was 50 miles deep in the mountains with nothing but spectacular mountain views, yet we were only 7 minutes from the Pigeon Forge strip and 10 minutes from Dollywood. It gave us the perfect mix of privacy and convenience.The layout of the cabin worked beautifully for our family, featuring full bedrooms and full bathrooms on each of the 3 floors. We used all of the amenities (hot tub, theater room, pool table, and arcade game) with ease. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for privacy, comfort, and convenience!

If you are looking for a cozy getaway with all of the comforts of home and then some, Bear Serenity is for you. The cabin is so close to all of the attractions, but snuggled privately away in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The location is perfect. Very clean and the owners thought of everything to help make our stay amazing. Board games, arcade games, pool table, hot tub, and even a small movie theater area in the basement! So roomy and comfortable…we did not want to leave! We hope to be able to book Bear Serenity again when we return to Tennessee.

Great cabin with plenty of space! Each floor had a bedroom and a bathroom. There lots to do with a pool table, hot tub, theater room, and arcade. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, etc. the views are great and it is convenient to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, minutes to major attractions!

We have a fabulous stay! The cabin was spacious with everything we needed and more. Our kids loved the pool table and the movie theater. It was mountainside and secluded-feeling, while still just a short drive to everything we wanted to do which was so helpful! Hopefully Santa brings us a trip back to this cabin again some time

Lovely stay with great amenities. Matthew and Angie were very prompt with communication. The house was decorated for Christmas and It was magical! The road to get to the cabin is not bad at all for a mountain road. Ample parking and loads of rooms - this house had something for everyone in our group - adults, a teen, pre-teens, and an 8 yr old. We enjoyed our stay at your cabin. It's conveniently located right in the middle between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, giving us quick access to all the activities we wanted to do. We loved the mountain view every morning while drinking our coffee, and the pool table was a big hit with everyone, allowing us to wind down in the evening before bed. It was our perfect home away from home for vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! Perfectly located in the middle of everything to do and see in the area. The host was very welcoming and the cabin had so many amenities. The new coffee pot wasn't working and after I looked up various ways to get it working the host sent out a brand new one right away. The location was a five also. Thank you again Matthew and Angie

We have a full professionally designed theater room for your family's entertainment. This cabin is in a perfect location exactly halfway between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Minutes to all of the attractions Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer!! Our cabin is also in a quiet small neighborhood with all the privacy you need for an escape from the crowds and noise of the cities. Best of both worlds!!
