Questo lussuoso appartamento moderno di 95 mq completamente rinnovato con 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni + terrazza + WiFi si trova nel mezzo di un tranquillo resort tropicale con sicurezza 24 ore. Goditi un cocktail in una delle due piscine rinfrescanti. Altre attività per il tempo libero sarebbero il campo da tennis / golf, l'elegante club house con ristorante e bar, piste da jogging, centro fitness, grande lago, barbecue, parco giochi per bambini, basket, sicurezza 24 ore su 24 e molto altro. Solo $ 529,00 a settimana. Nessun costo di pulizia. Ogni prenotazione include l'uso gratuito di un "NAVI" / GPS ", una selezione di bevande analcoliche e un pacchetto sconto coupon Super Spar e mappe di Orlando e della Florida. Ho anche messo insieme una cartella per i miei ospiti con consigli dei ristoranti vicini, nonché supermercati, farmacie, Aldi, Walmart, ospedali e medici. Tutto è curato. Da quando vivo a soli 5 minuti da Ventura e vivo a Orlando da 15 anni, posso darti buoni consigli su Orlando e sui parchi a tema. Questo appartamento è stato completamente rinnovato solo pochi mesi fa. Arredato con mobili di pregio e uno stile di vita molto moderno. I bagni sono nuovissimi ed estremamente lussuosi con granito e piastrelle molto raffinate. Ogni camera ha una TV a schermo piatto LCD, DVD, WiFi gratuito, telefonate gratuite negli Stati Uniti, segreteria telefonica e molto altro. Offro anche una vasta selezione di guide di viaggio tedesche per Orlando e la Florida gratuitamente.

Perfect place to stay, exceptionally clean and well kept.

We stayed at this property for over 4 weeks and we couldn’t have asked for a more responsive and thoughtful host. The condo is very clean, well stocked, and in a quiet neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Disney Trip

Great.location close to everything including theme parks. Condon was clean. It was perfect for what we were looking for and we wanted for nothing. No complaints everything was good. Would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again.

This place is safe, comfortable, and very well located with all the necessities. Absolutely what was expected based on photos. The host was a generous host and made sure my friends had a fantastic stay in Orlando. Would definitely recommend 💯

Spacious, Clean Condo.

Great condo and country club for a family vacation in Florida. The condo is spacious, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The golf Course was in great condition and we enjoyed other facilities such as the main club house pool and the smaller pool close to the condo. We also enjoyed food and drink at the 19th hole.

Great time in Orlando

We had a great stay in Orlando. My husband and I loved staying at Jans condo, he was a very gracious host! The location was great for Disney World and Universal. Cocoa Beach and Kennedy space center was only a little over an hour away! We ate in the clubhouse restaurant and really enjoyed the prime rib special! We plan on returning to Orlando and Jans condo!

The condo was easy to find and in a great location. The gated community made us feel safe. The condo was very clean, had all the comforts of home and detailed messaged were left for us to answer any questions. Jan was also very helpful and readily available to address any additional questions. We would definitely stay there again!

Fantabulous Place to Stay

This was the best vacation rental we have stayed in. It was clean, spacious, and lots of amenities. We enjoyed the pools and daily walks in the gated community. This condo location gave us easy access to everything! We also enjoyed the individualized parking spot for the condo. We highly recommend Jan and his condo. He was a very gracious host!

Another great stay

I have been coming to Ventura CC every March with golf buddies for the last 6 years. This condo is my favorite and I hope it will be available next year too. Clean, comfortable, everything you need. Jan ‘s a wonderful host, check in and check out simple. See you next year Jan!

Amazing And Dream Condo

I really like this condo it’s very safe and secured place it’s the big community and also is is amazing and parking available in front of condo, owner also amazing person he is super nice guy, pool is also next to condo, super clean inside the condo everything available inside we had very very great vacation. A Quiet Piece of Paradise

This gem was just as expected, a 10 per the reviews. It was roomy enough for my husband, adult son and I. The patio was used quite a bit as was the pool--both of which were in sunny spots and very clean. The condo itself was amazing--Jan has stocked more than you could need here in terms of cooking supplies, soaps, laundry soaps, towels, washcloths, etc. The furniture was clean, modern and comfortable. The beds were VERY comfortable. And Jan. Super easy to contact and very responsive. He checked in on us via email just to make sure all was going well. I was asking for printer, possibly somewhere on the property to print off a 3 page document. There is not a business center and he offered to print it off and bring it to me--who does that? Just an awesome host.We would highly recommend this property if you want some sunshine, relaxation and very nice place to stay.Thank you Jan!!

Great Vacation

Great vacation at Jan's condo in Ventura Country Club. What a great feeling when your walk in the door and it is meticulously clean and well furnished. Jan also provided all the maps, brochures, coupons and travel books to make navigating the Orlando area simple. Jan is also a very nice guy, we met him when he just finished cleaning the condo. Yes he cleans the condo himself, to make sure its done right.

OUR HOME IN ORLANDO - VENTURA GOLF COUNTRY CLUB

Back home for some vacations days in Orlando, we were pleased to find the place super clean and upgraded since last year. It has been the same since our first stay here 6 or 7 years ago. This gated community the condo is a part of it, is really a safe place with guards patrolling 24 h a day and Police Officers watching for safety and speeding .... Parking our car in front of our door is a plus, easy contact and fast reacting owner makes our stay enjoyable . The condo is perfectly situated at 20 mn driving car from the Mall at Millenia or Winter Park historic center. Public, CVS and Walmart are at a few minutes distance.

Fantastic 2 weeks

Great location not far from airport. Felt very safe here, security controlled complex. Condo was cleaned to a high standard on arrival, and has everything you would need for a stay here. We didnt spend too much time in the condo or use any of the facilties such as the pool as we were out all day every day. The condo is on the ground floor with an allocated parking spot. There was no noise what so ever from neighbours above or to the side. Everything we used - the dishwasher, washing machine, oven etc were all in good working order. Beds were clean and comfortable. Shower & bath were both clean and lots of clean towels were available. Great accomadtion for a small family and the owner Jan was very welcoming and friendly. Wouldnt hesitate to return here if we came to Florida again.

GREAT PLACE IN ORLANDO - VENTURA GOLF COUNTRY CLUB

For 2024 we decided to have again some vacations days in Ventura Golf Country Club. So after booking a reservation we travelled to Orlando and were pleased again to find the place super clean. It has been the same since our first stay here 7 or 8 years ago, and we noticed again some improvements, specially new windows. This condo in Ventura Golf Country Club is really a safe place with guards patrolling 24 h a day and Police Officers watching for safety and speeding. The parking in front of the door is really convenient , and you can go walking to the club house for a tee-time. On top of that the condo is perfectly located at 20 mn driving car from the Mall at Millenia or Winter Park historic center, 30mn from Winter Garden via the 408 expressway, 55 mn from Cocoa beach and Port Canaveral. Publix, CVS and Walmart are at a few minutes distance. More, the friendly owner is easy to join and is reacting quickly, so your stay can’t be more enjoyable.

Lovely Ventura Condo

This lovely first floor condo was updated in Dec 2012. We were the first to enjoy! Jan spared no expense, newly tiled floors and fabulous tiled baths. Kitchen is well supplied, all you need is the food. Screened patio is private, overlooks green space and gets the morning sun. Bedroom windows have blackout drapes for those sleep in mornings. Condos are well built and are very quiet. HD TV and wifi. Heated pool nearby. The golf course just rehabbed the greens and they are challenging! We love the community so much we are trying to buy our own place, if that doesn't work out this is where I want to stay!

Very Enjoyable Visit

We have just returned from a very enjoyable 6 week visit to this lovely apartment. The apartment was just as described in the advertisement. It was very clean on arrival and is very well equipped and comfortable. It really has all the amenities you could need for a great stay , from the well equipped kitchen , laundry facilities and comfortable beds and seating. The location of the apartment is excellent with access to a very nearby pool exclusively for residents of this local neighbourhood of Willowpointe (most days we were the only ones using this pool) as well as a larger pool and restaurant at the "19th hole" of the golf clubhouse. The golf course of the Ventura estate is a well cared for local course at reasonable rates ( you will get residents discount as a guest here) and friendly and helpful staff. Our host Jan was extremely helpful and communication was excellent from our initial enquiry through to the end of our stay. I would certainly recommend this apartment and wouldnt hesitate to come back again myself in the future.

Husband Stayin at ORMC

The place was absolutely amazing. I felt very secured staying there as it is under 24 hours security no one is allowed in unless you are a resident or a guest. My husband was staying at ORMC and my brother in law and I wanted to be close by he lives in Ft. Myers, Fl. and I live in Tavares, Fl. The place was between 15 to 20 mins from the hospital. Upon arrival I was able to get in with the code I was provided for entry. I thought I may have to extended my trip another week since my husband was having a very bad week and the management did not have availability, but went out of his way to reach others that have places in Ventura trying to help me locate another unit. My overall experience was that I wish they had property every where I would ever need to rent from. They are more than a property management they made me feel like friends. Even after we left they made sure to text me during the hurricane, checking on us and seeing how my husband was doing. No one does that, but this person did. If I could give 10 stars I would, but I gave them 5 stars the allowed maximum and if you are ever in need of a place to rent from I highly recommend this one.

I have also worked at Disney World for many years and can give you many good tips and information about Disney World and the other Orlando theme parks and attractions. I'm the owner and manage,maintain, decorate and clean both of my vacation condos myself. I always make sure that everything is super clean. That is Nr 1 !! I only live 2 minutes away from Ventura Country Cub and can always be reached if you should have any questions. I always try to meet my guests in person at the condo if possible.
