Additional Notes:
· The electric awnings over the grill and in the back of the house are not for renter use due to prior misuse
· There are umbrellas to use poolside in the storage beneath the tiki bar (please keep the umbrellas closed when not in use as wind can pickup quickly)

Pool is open April 15-October 15 and is NOT heated. Hot Tub available all year for guest use.

PET INFO: We do allow you to bring your four legged friend with you and have a fenced in backyard and dog crate available inside. We do only allow ONE dog with a $150 non refundable pet fee and ask that you please clean up behind your dog. Please note that each town has different leash laws for bringing your pets on the beach.
