It offers a huge backyard with private jacuzzi and bbq. 2 bedrooms with dressers and closets and a third room with Queen bed and dresser. 2 baths.

Check out Sun City, Palm Desert & see all the amenities, golf courses, pools, tennis, pickle ball, yoga and water aerobics and lap swimming indoors or outside! 2 Restaurants, indoor track, 2 full gym and many exercise classes. 3 clubhouses. Pro shops. Also enjoy the dog parks. And many clubs like sewing, knitting, art and stain glass, to name a few. Close to several Casinos with concerts. Minutes to Coachella.
