One in you party must be 55+ in age. You assume all liability for using club facilities and agree to follow all HOA rules or pay for any violations.
Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis and pet fee is per pet, per month. A $150 monthly cleaning is required for longer season rentals.
NOTE: YOU MUST INQUIRE by messaging us regarding our minimum booking (5 MONTHS) for 2024 season. Guests staying over 2 mos pay for gas/electric used.
