Lake Condo

Lake Winnipesaukee condo at Samoset. Enjoy the view from the porch, the pool and swim area. Also close to Gunstock Mountain for winter and summer activities. A great way to spend some time away and relax.

Family friendly 4-season Samoset condo development offers access to: an in-ground pool overlooking the lake (open Memorial - Labor Day), private sandy beach with roped off swim area and platform, lounge chairs and tables, club house, fire pit, drop off dock, kayak/paddle board launch, tennis and basketball courts.

Our condo is 1600 sq ft, with a private entrance and on the second and third floors. It features 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Please bring your own sheets and towels. There are quits, pillows and blankets provided.

There is a welcome letter when you arrive sharing all the details for your stay.

Boats: Renters may use the drop off dock for dropping off and picking up passengers and equipment.

If you would like to bring your own canoe/kayak/paddle board, there is a ramp to the left of the fire pit.

Not the best weather but enjoyed our stay

Even with a rainy weekend, had plenty to do. Craft fair in Meredith, plenty of restaurants and being with friends in a clean, spacious condo with scenic views of the lake. Would hope to rent again in the future.

Super nice condo! Updated and very tastefully decorated. While it’s way room then we need it can easily accommodate a family with all the different rooms. Great location for ski, golf or hanging out at the lake. Awesome view of the lake from the deck or screen room.

Wonderful Fall Weekend!

Nicole was a wonderful host! She checked in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly and was readily available for any questions we might have. She also told us we did not have to rush out on our last day as she didn't have another renter coming in. We very much appreciated her kindness and generosity. Her property was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and in a great location! Would love to come back in the summer to stay!

Over the years we have stayed in several units at Samoset, including one in the same building. This unit was the best maintained of all these units (cleanliness and quality of furnishings). I had a question around 10 pm one night and Nicole immediately responded and called me to address the issue. I didn't read the listing closely (as my wife quickly pointed out) and didn't realize that we needed to bring towels and sheets. One of the reminder emails in advance of the stay repeated this information, so not an issue (and if it was, it would not have been the owner's fault). Packing sheets, towels, etc. is a bit of a hassle if you are flying into the area like we were, but not a deal breaker. Just something to keep in mind.

This condo is beautifully decorated and clean. This is the second year we’ve rented at Samoset and we choose this unit for the view of the lake. It did not disappoint! We spent every night on the screened porch! The location is perfect, close to Weirs beach and Funspot - our kids favorite part of the vacation!

We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend in this very clean, cozy and well-appointed unit The owners were extremely pleasant and easy to work with, and immediately responsive to any questions or concerns. The complex is quiet and manicured, and we had a beautiful view of the lawns and lake from the deck. We definitely recommend this unit!

We stayed at this property for a family wedding. We came out of state and were very pleased by the condo’s interior appearance and decor and the deck had an amazing lake view! . Condo was VERY clean and modern. Everything was immaculate and easy to find. We had a few minor issues but nothing to deter others from renting property. Would HIGHLY recommend this condo, as again, it was beautifully decorated, and updated and very comfortable! Nicole was very awesome to deal with and replied immediately to our messages. Absolutely wonderful condo

We could not have enjoyed the condo and property more. The condo is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and that was very important to us because we love to cook. The owner was quick to respond to questions as well. Will definitely be staying again.

Great condo with awesome views!

This is a beautifully updated modern condo with all the amenities. While it was just my husband and I, the condo is very spacious and very quiet. The deck and screened in porch have a great view of the water even though it is set back from the water. Its a short walk to the beach if you want to dip your toes in the water or hang out in a lounge chair. The owner is very responsive if you have questions. We hope to stay there again in the future.
