Great hosts, well maintained property, good amenities available, great location and spacious enough.

The pictures don’t do justice to how good the house is. The amenities were great, the house, pool, kitchen and even the grill were kept sparkly clean for our arrival. Kitchen had lot of amenities readily available even a rice cooker which I have never seen before. House had enough beds for all of us to sleep freely and not having to adjust. The pool was filled with lots of accessories like floaties, beach balls, nets and other cool stuff that made the pool time even more interesting. Good parking for our 2 cars to fit. Great location as well. Will definitely try to book this place again if traveling to Fort Lauderdale area/Miami.

Beautiful Property, great stay, but listing is inaccurate

My friends and I rented this property for spring break and it was such a wonderful stay. The property was prettier in person than on pictures which is definitely a rarity. We had 2 main issues however, yet they were sorted out prior to our stay (THANK GOD). The website listing says the minimum age to rent is 19 (which is why me and my fellow 19 year-old girl friends chose to rent it). About a week before our stay the listing agent contacted me to send a picture of my drivers license, and so I did. She then responded asking if anyone in my group was over the age of 21, and that she needed a 21 year old's ID to submit. When I told her it clearly states the minimum rental age is 19, she said that "it must be a typo." please. The second issue was that the address listed was inaccurate. The one listed was a short 4ish minute drive to the beach, whereas the ACTUAL address was a TWENTY MINUTE DRIVE to the beach. Everything did however end up working out and we had a wonderful stay, just know the location and minimum age to rent displayed on the listing is incorrect.

Wonderful stay with few hiccups!

The place is GORGEOUS! And has an amazing pool. The address, however, is wrong on the website and so I told all of our guests (and delivery people) the wrong address and was told the *correct* address very close to our time there, which resulted in a last minute scramble and panic. I had asked for check-in information a few days in advance and didn't get it until the day of, which was a little stressful with flights, and timing and all of that. Lastly, I had asked about coolers, beach chairs, etc. weeks ago and had to follow up three times in order to receive a response. Once we got there though, there was no trouble! The wifi wasn't working at first but the property manager got in there and fixed it super fast and we had a wonderful weekend!
