Since we are located in a residential neighborhood, these cameras are meant to help monitor compliance with house rules (including noise, parking, and occupancy) and for liability purposes in the case of injury, crime, or damage
•This is a family oriented and child friendly home, however children and infants must always be under strict supervision by a parent or guardian. All responsibility and duty of care for them must be provided by you, including their personal equipment and needs.
•The pool is UNATTENDED. There are no life guards or any person(s) watching the pool. As the pool is safe for your enjoyment, please swim and enjoy at your own risk.
•THE FINE PRINT...
Upon entry on the premise, Landlord (Host) shall not be liable for any damages or injury of or to Tenant (Guest), Tenant’s family, guests, invitees, agents or employees, or to any property, occurring on the premises and Tenant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Landlord harmless from any and all claims or assertions of every kind and nature.

Surveillance Devices
Video Surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of our home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.

Cleaning
We appreciate the home being returned in the same general clean and tidy way it was presented to you upon your Check In.
When you check out, please remove all bed sheets and used towels and place them in the washing machine. Do not turn the machine on.
All dishes should be cleaned and placed back on their right full place.
