Welcome to our South Congress Zen Den! We've furnished our perfectly located home with hand collected mid-century furniture, cool household items, and just enough funky flare to remind you that you're in Austin! We think you'll love it! The location can't be beat. You're quite literally steps to the best shops, restaurants, and bars on both popular South Congress Street and South 1st Street! Food trucks are just around the corner. We're serious when we say that this is the best location in Austin!

Our home is located in the most ideal spot in Austin! You're quite literally steps from some of the best Restaurants, Food Trucks, Coffee Shops, and Bars in the city! Our home is a 2 bedroom, 1 office, 1 bath house. We've designed the space with our guests in mind - Cool mid-century furniture throughout, 2 super comfy queen sized beds, USB charging ports around the home, a smart Nest thermostat to control the temp, among many other nice details.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Amazing time at the Zen Den! Its location is incredible, just a block off congress but still super quiet. Love the neighborhood, the house is very home-y and was so comfortable. I stayed alone but the house could easily host 2 people or even 2 couples. Hoping to return to Austin soon, will definitely check this house first to see if it’s available when I do!

The place was amazing and the host was very well communicated. Right off of congress near lots of great food and shopping. 10 out of 10 experience for the proximity to ACL as well! All around great stay

Everything (location, cleanliness, accommodations) was better than described. Adam was super helpful, gracious, and accommodating. I wish we could have stayed longer but we are looking forward to returning soon. Thank-you!

Great Location and Attentive Owner

Property is a nice 2 bedroom / 1 bath with parking for 2 vehicles. Close to popular area near downtown with many places within walking distance. Property owner was very helpful and attentive if there were any issues needed to be addressed. Great experience over a long weekend.

Very filthy property

This VRBO is in very poor condition and the pictures are not representative of the property at all. There are many large stains in the carpet and badly stained and ripped furniture. The whole place was very unsanitary. The kitchen had food spills and the sink doesn’t drain well. There isn’t a single live plant in the house unlike the plush plants shown in the listing. In fact, the place was so filthy, we could not stay at the property with 2 infants and the host refused to remedy the situation or refund. I would not recommend staying at this property.
