Harbor View Landing is located in the historic town of Mystic, CT.
The property is situated on one end of Willow Point, just a half mile outside of the downtown area. Our property consists of 4 waterfront cottages and 2 multi-unit homes. This property opened in June of 2019 and offers many included amenities such as a private dock with kayaks and paddle boards as well as complimentary bikes, fire pits and lawn games, all over looking the beautiful Connecticut coastline.

This listing is for the first floor of the Bluffs Sea Captain's House. There is a second floor available, as well. Please contact us directly to rent both units. The first floor unit boasts of a spacious king-sized bedroom, twin trundle (2 twin beds) bedroom and separate living area with queen size sleeper sofa as well as a custom tiled private bathroom. Equipped with a full kitchen featuring a retro fridge, microwave (NO oven) and many other amenities including an outdoor grill (seasonally) . Private wrap-around porch with Adirondack chairs.

We *loved* our stay here- it was a stunning property, clean, stylish, and comfortable accommodations and wonderful hosts. 6 of us came for an annual reunion weekend and were greeted by Patty who was cleaning one of the other cabins but went out of her way to welcome us, show us around the property, and give us some recommendations for lunch. The bluffs first floor was cozy but had everything we needed and more- we loved the options of both coffee and espresso. We will absolutely be back sometime when it is warm enough to enjoy the fire pit and kayaks!

Property was beautiful, great location. Very clean. Train tracks are right behind house, they can be lout. Description was a bit deceiving as it is a 2 family house.

Mini vacation

When reserving this property it was a bit deceiving thinking I was renting whole house when I was only renting first floor. It's a beautiful property and great for relaxing , close to shops and restaurants a close drive away. It has everything you need, towels for outside, blankets for sitting by the fire, kayaks ,SUP, bikes and a few lawn games. We were attending a bridal shower in Norwalk, but had family with us so decided to rent this. Would probably rent again if in area. Be aware that the train runs right behind the property and goes until 11ish at night. Also renters upstairs came back late each night 1am and you could here them shuffling around. Management should consider only renting whole house for the noise from floor above.

Perfect cottage for a quick getaway. Beautiful water view. Completely renovated and tastefully decorated. Easy walk downtown. Would highly recommend!
