Great Location, great people

My wife and I had a great stay here. It's a short walk to tamarindo from either the street or beach. Just far enough away to have some privacy but close enough to walk for meals, shopping or people watching. Toni was great and helpful.

We loved Sámara. This basic casita was great for our needs. We used it as home base to explore the area. It’s a quick walk to two different beaches and a short drive to Playa Carrillo. Comfortable for 2 people with outdoor space that is nice for cocktails and meals. Kitchen is stocked well enough to prepare quick sandwiches and light meals. We absolutely loved this community.

Cute casita close to beach and town

For a couple coming on a last minute trip to join a surf camp with Costa Rica Surf Trip this was a great casita and had space for friends, family or another couple if we’d had more time to organize before we decided to come we would definitely have had enough space for more people comfortably! Everything was clean and we had what we needed and were close to the Costa Rica Surf Trip office for our surf lessons, the beach, the town and restaurants, supermarkets, etc! Great place - would stay again!

Close to town!

The host is super attentive and quick with responses to any concern. Walking distance to the beach, downtown, grocery store, etc. My kids enjoyed walking to the super for snacks.
