Christmas surprise

My best friends and I took our 3 pre-teens here for an early Christmas present. The site is clean and accessible. Great time. The kids loved the Waterpark and the ice skating. Would have liked a better description of the rooms to describe the layout, but otherwise no complaints.

Fall Break

We were well pleased with all the amenities. Although water parks are not my thing, my grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed them. We had a problem with the ice maker not producing ice. Management sent someone out to fix it and when it could not be fixed because of parts delay, they gave us two bags of ice. Couldn't be happier with this property!

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The location was excellent and close enough to walk to the water parks. The only complaints we had were that we received the check-in details late the night before check-in which made us a little worried and our only complaint was an odd smell coming from both bathrooms when the toilets were flushed that made the whole unit smell a little off putting.

My family had a great time here! There was a very large, wet stain on the floor when we got in but I called and someone was there in less than a minute to take care of it. Otherwise it was great. Marian was very communicative and answered all our questions quickly! We can’t wait to go back!

We had the best time with our family. Plenty of room for everyone! Clean & fully stocked kitchen. Super clean. Downside fire alarm went off in building twice (due to remodeling) one legitimate fire.

Perfect Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stayed! All the amenities that this location has is perfect for a family with small children! We didn’t have to load this kids up to go to a water park or arcade, we were able to walk to it. We have stay at all the different options that Wilderness of the Smokies has and we definitely prefer this location. It offers more space for the family to spread out! We will definity plan on staying here again!
