You'll feel the immediate relaxation as you pull into your beach home's driveway. The townhouse has a single-car garage that holds, beach chairs, coolers, freezer, bicycles and all the essentials needed to enjoy the ocean. Before you grab a beach chair and head for the sand, take the time to explore your NSB home-away-from-home. The first floor hosts a large bedroom, full bathroom with tub and a private entrance to the backyard. Four Adirondack chairs are waiting for you to relax on the backyard patio. There are new full-size washer and dryer facilities also conveniently located on the first floor. As you head upstairs to the main living area, two in your family will quickly claim the master bedroom as their own as it has all the luxuries of a master suite and full bathroom just steps away.

While your family unpacks, venture upstairs to explore the living area. Shiplap walls, light carpet and tile flooring in a spacious layout instantly capture the eye. You'll find the comfy pull-out couch to be your favorite spot when you're not relaxing on the beach. The living room has a large smart TV that's equipped with streaming services - just bring your own log-in. The property also has high-speed internet for you to enjoy.

When happy hour approaches, make the second-floor balcony your 5 o'clock spot to enjoy appetizers and beverages. The balcony is furnished with an outdoor dining set for two and overlooks the fenced-in backyard. Palm trees, a sea breeze and a laid-back, beachy atmosphere make this a place you'll frequent often.

Though local restaurants and cafes are located nearby on the island, you'll love the option of dinner at home in this fully-equipped kitchen. With stainless steel appliances and white cabinetry, the modern and open kitchen is ready to enjoy. Small dogs are welcome, however they MUST be under 40 lbs. There is an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200 and we request photos of your dog in advance to verify size and weight. Cats are not allowed.
