This charming 3rd-floor guest suite is your cozy retreat in the heart of New Smyrna Beach! I would definitely stay here again. It was very clean and a fantastic location. The property manager was responsive to our questions. The floor plan is a little different but it works! I highly recommend the place.

Fantastic getaway

Extended our spring trip to include 3 days at this gem!. Everything is there for you, king size comfy bed, comfy couch, flat screen tv, gorgeous bathrooms with a soaker tub. The elevator was an added plus, especially being a senior. I'd love to stay here again.

Property was clean and well maintained. The host was responsive and helpful with everything that I needed. The furniture/bed was very comfortable. I loved the location which was close to the beach that you can drive on. Also only minutes from "The Garlic" Italian restaurant, which is wonderful.
