Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this one-level layout features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and bedroom (with private half bath of its own). Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 2 HD flat-screen TVs (40' in the living room, 27' in bedroom), DVD, Blu-ray, Wifi.

Perfect for our anniversary getaway

My wife and I spent a long weekend here to celebrate 8 years together and our first anniversary married! We frequent bethany beach staying with family but wanted to do something different. It was the perfect quaint little spot with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The bedroom is nice and cozy for sleeping in and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. It was just what we needed for a little r&r. Would definitely recommend for a long weekend getaway!

Nice View

The condo had a great location and a great view. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The reason for 4 stars is only a small amount of bowls and dishes were available, and could use a little updating. Otherwise, was very nice condo.

The unit was very convenient and had a nice ocean view. The kitchen was nicely equipped. Unfortunately the ice maker wasn’t working , however the other appliances in the unit were in good condition . The sofa was stained and very uncomfortable. The patio furniture was old and the swivel chairs tilted to one side.Overall, it was reasonably priced and was in a great location. A few furniture upgrades could make it more enjoyable.

Great getaway

Spent 4 days at this property and it was very nice. The views were exactly as advertised. It is not right up against the beach, it is a angled view and sits back some, but still beautiful view. The property is very well maintained, nice landscape and easy beach access. Only thing that was not ideal was in the linen package they include items such as toilet paper and paper towels which was very minimal. We actually ran out. Would encourage people to be prepared for this

One of the best parts of staying oceanfront is not only seeing the ocean but listening to the sounds of the surf. We apologize for any confusion on the the items we supply. We only provide a small starter kit with just a few things to get you started until you can make it to the store. That should have been clarified in your pre-arrival email. So very sorry for any inconvenience you experienced. We do hope we have an opportunity to see you back for another visit soon.

I’d say this condo was mediocre at best. The home needs some updating, especially for the rental price we paid. A fresh paint of coat on the walls would do wonders. The bathrooms could benefit from updating/ remodeling. The deck furniture is old & worn. The living room couch was very stained & the pull out couch was SO difficult to pull out & put back. The ice maker was not working, there were no ice trays supplied. We enjoyed the view & how close the unit was to the elevator.

Great view, stocked kitchen, but stained sofa and carpet

The unit had a beautiful view and was right off the elevator. The kitchen was well stocked and had a washer and dryer which was convenient. The negatives were a stained couch and spots on the carpet. We reported to VACASA on our Saturday arrival and they messaged back midweek to say that the sofa was approved for professional cleaning. However no one came to clean it. I feel badly for the owners who probably pay a significant fee for VACASA service and cleaning. The chairs that we used in the living room were uncomfortable so replacing the cushions is recommended.

Beach views, covered parking

Bed was comfortable, plenty of dishes/pots & pans, and love having the washer & dryer. Great being able to see the ocean, having a covered parking spot close to the elevators, and key code door. Bathrooms seem remodeled, the rest could use a little refreshing - not as updated as other Sea Colony units I've stayed in, but was clean. A few items needed fixing, hopefully will be taken care of between guests. If you're big on "stuff" - you might want to know the closets were mostly full of boxes & kitchen cabinets were full, but it was totally doable. Overall good option if you want to stay in the high-rises but save a little money. Now, if only I could have stayed longer...

One of the worse vacations

Communication with us and Vacasa was very bad. Had to get a parking violation to be informed we needed a parking pass. Had to purchase passes to be on resort for 30.00 and was only told about them yesterday and we left today. Wasn't told where the pools were. Thought the pool was in our own building. Very disappointed. Thank you Tammy

Okay Stay

The condo is nice and clean. We had a good stay. The problems we had were with Vacasa. As frequent renters we can always see a huge difference. Not a lot of care goes into Vacasa units. The sliding glass door & windows were FILTHY which really puts a damper on having paid for an ocean view (I need to add here that the door opened like a dream! Best door I've seen in ages). Also, there was no ceiling panel over the light in the kitchen....we later noticed the broken panel stuffed against the wall in the kitchen. A rather large delivered package was sitting in the entryway. None of this shocked me having rented through Vacasa though. They just don't care much and I pray owners read these reviews.

Loved the view and quiet. Extremely close to the beach. Walking distance to almost everything. Living room furniture needs updated. Amenities are geared to tennis. All classes filled up quickly. Need either more or larger classes.

Time to relax and enjoy Pool Beach Repeat

This is the second time we have stayed at Sea Colony and the view was amazing. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kids had so much fun and my husband and I were able to relax. It was exactly what we needed.
