This house has a wrap-around deck with 2 master suites, with 5 Bedrooms in total, with a river rock fireplace in the main living area for families or friends wanting a mountain get-a-way. You are only 5 mins walking distance to the historic Pagosa Hot Springs, the deepest in the world! Local restaurants are within 2- 5 min walking distance, as well as, downtown shopping, and hiking trails all right near the house! A true summer destination! Beautiful in all seasons of the year. Enjoy the spacious backyard and use the riverside fire pit for that late night family experience, just provide the marshmallows!
