We stayed overnight to enjoy the Cookeville area! My family loved the home! It was beautiful and clean and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!
We had an awesome stay!! The place is exactly as advertised in a quiet location that is convenient to all stores and restaurants. This place is beautiful and extremely clean. We didn't get a chance to use the outside common area due to the cold weather but we will be going back so that we get a chance too.
First thing. The place is HUGE!. Owner has almost everything you would need for an extended stay. Clean. Comfy beds. Excellent outdoor space. Plenty of parking. The rental is surrounded on 3 sides by woods. Will be making this my go to for visits in the area- except it is so nice that it seams to be booked for months in advance for the weekends.
We were traveling to see family and check the area out for retirement.Tosha is an excellent host. The house was clean ,beds were very comfortable and she provides alot of extras . This was in a quiet and scenic area but so close to town . Definitely would stay again!
Very nice, perhaps the no noise after 10:00 could be in the description. Also could provide bug spray to enjoy the nice outdoor area better. Nicely decorated. Other places we have stayed were a little less stringent on the no access till 3 and $50 charge if there a after 11:00 am.
