Our two-bedroom lower apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with a flat screen TV and stay cool with central air conditioning. We provide free Wi-Fi, a backyard patio for those summer nights and street parking. Only a 10-minute drive to the Buffalo Bills stadium and 10 minutes from downtown Buffalo. For those planning a trip to Niagara Falls, it's just a 30-minute drive away. Explore the neighborhood with its park, cafe/coffee shops, and dining options, all within walking distance.

Great location and a nice little spot to stay for an evening in Buffalo! The host was great at communicating and sharing all of the necessary information. I would absolutely consider renting it again for a Bills Game, another event at the KeyBank event center or to enjoy Buffalo.

Easy stay, exactly as advertised. Perfect for a Bills game weekend. The host does tell you not to park on the driveway, it can be difficult to find parking but was never more than 1-2 minute walk from the place. This has nothing to do with the rental but my brother’s car was side swiped in the neighborhood and the person drove off

Loved this property! It’s an older building, like all are in South Buffalo, but the charm was amazing and the size was perfect for my wife and I. Plenty of street parking and friendly neighbors upstairs. Would stay again!!
