This home does NOT have Air Conditioning. Most homes in Vail (especially above 8,000ft) have heated floors and A/C is not possible. The temperature regularly drops down into the 40s at night (even in the summer) and above 8000ft in altitude we have almost no humidity. Provided you open the windows during the day, and close them at night this home will be comfortable all summer long. We have pedestal fans in every bedroom as well. This home has a Whole House Attic fan for cooling home during the summer.

Terms and Cancellation Policy:
Refunds issued per cancellation terms. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for unforeseen events.
Customers must sign via Electronic rental agreement prior to arrival. Only registered guests are permitted on property.
