- Living area with 2 leather sofas, lounge chair, gas fireplace, wet bar with wine cooler, and a smart TV
- Dining area with seating for 6
- Full bath (stand-alone)
- Laundry room with access to the 1 car garage
- Back patio access with BBQ grill and rocking chairs right on Gore Creek

- Primary bedroom with king bed, en-suite spa bath with steam-shower, jacuzzi tub, and double vanity, workspace, and private back patio access directly on Gore Creek
