-25 year age minimum for booking
-No pets
-Mailbox access is not permitted. Please use the nearest post office.
-30 night minimum
-To keep communication simple, we request only speaking directly with the main host on their booking platform. Any additional guests are welcome to call or text our company number.
-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over
-External contract to be signed
-Mail access not included
-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all bookings not booked through abnb 30+ nightly minimum
-Non-Abnb/HVMB cancellations incur a non-refundable 5% processing fee. Full refunds per policy will be 95%.
