Wonderful family vacation!

This was our 3rd time staying at this property as my family loves the space and amenities. Communication with the owner is great. The amazing pool and evening sunsets were the highlights. The house is clean and kitchen well stocked and equipped. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay!

So many things to love about staying here. The house had everything we needed and the host was great with communication. It's extremely well set up for families with children to have lots of space to spread out and enjoy their stay. There's so much to do if you can pull yourself away from the amazing view. There were lots of great board games and PS4 games, along with an awesome theater room and game room that we all used a ton. The kids loved the epic bubble baths in the large jacuzzi tub after swimming in the pool. I loved shooting hoops in the backyard with my son and having tons of space to run around. My wife loved the huge kitchen that was stocked with everything we needed. Looking forward to coming back. Thanks Burak!

Super clean and beautiful view

We loved the sunset, view of the cows in farmland during the day and city light at night below from the terrace of this upstairs 2nd floor unit. The house was super clean, spacious and in nice quiet neighborhood at the beginning of the hill. The pool was large, super clean and nicely heated. We only swam once because the bare dirt ground around the pool was un-inviting and needed removal/clean-up of the abandoned garden bed. Even when the weather was nicely cool in the morning, I couldn’t leave the door open for fresh air because the house rule threatened to shut down the AC for the day remotely if “the door left open for more than…” This made us feel like being watched on our vacay. How about door sensor and AC auto shutoff? FYI: It could be a challenge to turn the car around to drive down the steep driveway head first instead blindly of backing down into the road. The laundry was locked off in the tenant living corridor on downstairs 1st floor and for use from 9am-5pm upon request.

Most beautiful house with an owner to match

Our experience with Burak and his beautiful house went beyond our expectations. From the view to the nice warm pool, our time in San Jose was wonderful because we had this home to come back to. Burak was an amazing host who responded to questions almost immediately and had everything we could want on property.

Wonderful property for a family vacation

Had a wonderful stay at this property. Pool was a highlight for the kids and the sunrise/sunset views are amazing. Clean, well furnished and great communication with owner. Will definitely book again in the future.

Great place for a getaway

The house was great! Very clean. Awesome pool! Awesome theater! The driveway was “interesting” but not too bad once you got the hang of it. The front deck furniture could use some updating. The owner was in the downstairs separated unit for 2 of our 4 nights. He kept to himself and we enjoyed our stay greatly. The owner was very friendly and very responsive to anything we needed. He was also very generous and let my young daughter keep one of the pool toys that she loved and I couldn’t find on Amazon! I would recommend and will stay here again!

First off the owner goes above and beyond by quickly answering any questions or clarifying information. Burak wants your stay to be enjoyable and has so many items in the kitchen you won't have to bring anything but the food! Also, the jacuzzi bath jet is AMAZING. You won't regret a moment at this property,

Great vacation home

Burak is a great host. If you have a question or need something he answers right away. The view is wonderful, you are way up on a hill. Drive way is a little tricky. Kids loved the pool, everyone did. Only problem I had was the stairs. I never noticed there was stairs. I have bad knee that made coming and going a bit hard. House is wonderful, kids loved playing ping pong and of course the movie room. We had a great time thank you burak

Beautiful view, wonderful host

The family loved staying here for a private, relaxing Spring Break. Despite the rain we still managed to put to good use the heated pool. We enjoyed the theater room for PS4 gaming and streaming movies. The view of the entire Silicon Valley was amazing. Burak was the perfect host!

A wonderful stay that felt like home

The house is exactly as pictured and the views are stunning. I stayed here with 2 of my (teen) daughters and we felt completely at home. The kitchen is wonderfully appointed with everything you might need to cook meals and store leftovers. The beds and linens are comfy, and the pool and backyard are perfect for lounging. We had the house to ourselves and Burak was immediately responsive when I had questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Great communication and flexibility. Lots of kitchen tools to make you feel like a chef at home. Pool is heated, but gets windy and kinda chilly-in March :) Only thing, the cleaning service should do a better job under all furniture like beds and couches, move them to eliminate any guests’ leftovers. Great time, great host!

Million-Dollar Views, Top-Notch Courtesy

We LOVED our time in this property! It was just what the doctor ordered, as we were dropping off our first-born at Santa Clara University (SCU) for his Freshman year. The views, the relaxing backyard (and pool), and incredible generosity of the home-owners more than made up for the (honestly manageable 20 min) distance from the SCU campus. The home theater and outdoor living room made for cozy and relaxing evenings with the family. Soaring birds of prey over golden foothills; relaxing breezes through a comfortable back porch pergola or stunning views of San Jose from the front porch swing; what’s not to love? We will definitely stay at this special home again when we come back to visit our son at SCU.

Amazing Views, Excellent Host

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was excellent. He was incredibly respectful of our space and time. He went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. Our kids loved the pool and movie room. The view was fantastic. It was exactly what we needed. The pool could use some updating/repairs but nothing that interfered with our use of it. We were in it every day.

Amazing Sunsets, Pool and Great Owner

Beautifully decorated home on a mountaintop overlooking San Jose, with a big pool and private backyard. The owner was onsite in a downstairs apartment and accessible if needed. He was gracious and helpful, but also gave us privacy. Sunsets from the deck are incredible. The pictures are accurate, but in person the view (especially at night) was even better than we imagined. Convenient to the airport, and downtown San Francisco, where we visited the fisherman’s wharf, Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz by boat tour. We took a great trip to the Santa Cruz boardwalk where there are tons of rides for kids. We also visited the redwoods, which was really cool. I highly recommend this home. It was a great place for our family, two teenagers and one 10 year old. Keep in mind that small children who cannot swim might not be a good fit because the pool is right outside the back door, with no fence in between. For our family it was awesome and we would definitely go back!

A great family spot

This is a lovely 2-story home high up on the hills in San Jose, with an amazing view of SJ and the southern bay. The pool is lightly heated, so it was comfortable at all hours. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. The owner was very communicative and responsive to any issues we had. The theater room is amazing, and was great fun to watch various streaming services on the provided Apple TV. It is a few miles away from any shops or restaurants, but the kitchen is well appointed, so we could easily make all of our meals on the property if we wanted. All in all, it is certainly a property we would look at renting again.
