Great location

We went to a concert at Levi stadium. Walked to the venue, 30 min walk, quick and easy. House is simple and has your basic needs. Friendly neighborhood.

Close to Levi Stadium

Great stay for family of 8. 20 min walk to stadium. Neighborhood park across the street w/ volleyball court. Owner was helpful when we couldn’t get reception for TV, (need to use your phone internet). I couldn’t find a broom or dust pan to sweep up a bit. Also bring detergent if you need to wash a load and Keurig coffee pods if you’re a coffee drinker.

Perfect Event HQ

We gathered with cousins to celebrate a local university graduation. The VRBO home is large, comfortable, and as described. It's a bit no-frills, but met our needs perfectly for getting to the weekend's events. The location is good in a quiet neighborhood, close to the Rivermark shopping center, which features a nice Safeway and various restaurants, and it's about a 30-minute drive to major universities in the area. It is also walking distance to the Levi Stadium if you're attending an event there. The trundle beds worked for us and the cousins, but maybe not for other groups with couples.

Review of property

I think there needed to have been some basic kitchen condiments like Tea and Kuerig cups. Also having a fan in all the bedrooms would have helped with the heat, would have appreciated some bath soap. Overall the stay was okay.

Amazing Location

House was clean, had a lot of spiders, but I think that just goes with the territory. Not a lot of TV channels but we made it work for the time we were at the house. There are no condiments or anything in the house so we had to buy everything we needed to cook there. S&P, cooking oil, ketchup - those type of things would be nice. We did leave some in the house because we had to buy it but couldn't take it home with us on the plane. Beds were very comfortable. Towels were soft and clean.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

OUR ONLY CONCERN WITH THE PROPERTY IS THAT IT IS LISTED AS HAVING 5 TWIN BEDS BUT NO WHERE DOES IT MENTION THAT SOME OF THE TWINS ARE TRUNDLES. WE HAD 3 LARGE MEN AND THAT MADE FOR UNIDEAL SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS. THE PICTURES AND DESCRIPTIONS SHOULD MORE ACCURATELY REFLECT THE EXACT SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS.

a great base in Bay Area

The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is safe and walkable, with a park nearby. The Great America Amusement park is very close, and we enjoyed a perfect view of fireworks every weekend. The location is right at the center of Silicon Valley; Stanford is 20-30 minutes away. We certainly would stay again!

Work and play.

The property is the perfect location for a 49ers game and not too far of a drive to San Fran. We had an amazing time. The property manager was easy to communicate with and very friendly. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Probably the cleanest and most comfortable place we've stayed in. The home owner Gloria was very hospitable and always helpful if we ever had questions. Its been a pleasure staying here and we hope to be back soon. Great place!

I have enjoyed living in the area and have known some of the neighbors for many years. The neighbors are quiet. I and my husband raised 3 boys there. It is great to take walks or bike along the creek area by Great America, and watch fireworks on special events from the backyard. I am a Registered Nurse with a teaching degree and experience. I enjoy the special arts and crafts events in the area. I enjoy going to many different things, and able to get out of the traffic quickly. The wine tasting in Saratoga, Morgan Hill, and Gilroy are close and more down to earth than many others. The flower shows are quiet enjoyable.

Why they chose this property

Very clean, open feeling, and many places to travel to and come back within the same day for a quiet night. New local eating areas within a couple of miles. House stays cool with insulation (even without the AC) and is comfortable after a day out. All types of sporting events to attend or participate in the area. San Francisco is a train ride away (SF can be a problem for parking). San Jose has an International airport within 10 minutes. Close to shopping at Santana Row and many other shops on Stevens Creek Blvd. The shopping location is part San Jose and part Santa Clara. Museums, Winchester House, Levi's stadium for games and concerts, Great America, theater plays movies within 5 minutes, music events, and wine tasting.
