The property is nice and super convenient to the large pool! We don’t have littles but this house would be great for littles with the bunk room and the large suite up stairs with bunk beds. There are a lot of pros for this house. The grill worked and had two tanks of gas. The outside shower was great after the beach. The beds were soft. The location is great!The cons are really just based on our experience with other houses. The bikes are pretty beat up but they worked. The furniture covers need a solid cleaning. The shed with the beach chairs and umbrella needs a good cleaning and organizing. We are used to staying at owner run houses and they allow people to leave seasonings and odds and ends for the next family to use, which is nice and probably not something everyone loves. This house does not allow you to leave behind stuff for the next guest. You have to get everything, toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, and etc. This is the first house we only had one refrigerator and I know that is a 1st world problem but with 8 adults and everyone wanting cold drinks plus food, it was difficult. We cooked every morning and several nights and the kitchen was sufficient and had enough pans and tools. Overall, it’s a very nice house and we had a great time!
