Great property except for the breakfast, room patio floor which is not level with the main floor causing each of us to break at least one toe. Additionally, the property manager refused to give us more than 2 parking passes which for off the season is ridiculous when only 3 of the 5 condos had occupancy and there was ample parking space, for our third car.

That is set by the community HOA, so we are unable to modify that in any way. We appreciate you letting us know of the safety hazard regarding the patio floor, and we will work quickly to resolve this issue, so no other guests are affected.
