Welcome to our Disciples Village Condo #688 - the Upper level. Located on the new Disciples 8 Chairlift!
When combined with renting its sister property, DV689 (located directly beneath this home - and connected by an internal stairway) this three bedroom/three bathroom home becomes a four bedroom/four bathroom home.

Disciples Village 688 is two stories, featuring the main floor and an enclosed loft. Upon entering, you will find a wide open layout - where your living room, dining area, and kitchen lend themselves to quality time and relaxation with the whole family! The main floor also features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Master features a king bed and full bath. The second bedroom offers two queens, and it also has a full bath. Upstairs you will find the enclosed loft and a third bedroom with two queen beds, and it also has a full bath for convenience! Please note there is no washer or dryer available in this unit.
When partnered with DV689 (lower level) - the home will feature 3 stories where you also have two kitchens and two living rooms (one on main floor and one on lower lever). This functionality allows multiple gathering areas and areas of privacy all at the same time! In true ski-in/ski-out fashion, enjoy the convenience and all that Boyne Mountain has to offer - and then snuggle up and snuggle in for a relaxing evening in paradise, in front of either of your fireplace (there are two fireplaces in the entire home, one in this property and one on the lower level unit DV689)!
This home may be rented independently or in conjunction with the DV689, based on each portions availability.The Area:
Boyne Mountain is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance. For details regarding resort amenities, please contact the resort directly for pricing on their day passes and lift tickets.
Deer Lake is a public lake for you to enjoy, and 7 miles away is Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City.

The stay was great. The location was clean and very relaxing. The only negative, the website should list which units have a grill. I noticed other units did, maybe I just missed it during my reservation. Overall I could come back.

Clean and Comfortable

Moved right in and felt right at home. Condo was clean and set up with everything we needed. Could do this condo again.

Amazing Stay

Beautiful clean home. Great location and safe neighborhood. Close to slopes. The only things that could be improved are the masyer bedroom mattress is very uncomfortable and is like a taco. The other thing is there is not a washer/dryer which was bery inconvient because we had to pack heavy for our trip. Not fun loading and unloading the suitcases.

A great condo

We had a great time and the ski-in and ski-out were a hit with the skiers and the snowboarders.We flew in from Florida and packed light. The only drawbacks were no washer and dryer and that there were only two towels for every bathroom which = 6 and we had 8 people staying in the condo.Thank you and we will book again!

Reviewer Comments: We have a great time and the rental was in a perfect location to be able to ski out to either of two main ski lifts that give you access the the entire mountain. The bedrooms were nice. The only thing not ideal was that the living area/kitchen is a lot smaller than it looks in the pictures (even having known a wide angle lens was used).

Great location

Great location for a disciples unit for ski in and out. The unit is very clean and slightly above average for a disciples unit. Only problem was the mattress is bowl shaped (bed in master bedroom) Definitely time to replace

Communication was easy with the host and they were very accommodating. Parking was not an issue, but I could see how it could become one. Other guests blocked walkways and seemed to be insensitive to general parking courtesies. We were awakened two out of four nights by other guests partying late into the night right outside our windows. Otherwise it was a truly memorable trip with something for everyone.

Perfect stay

Myself and a group of friends stayed at this condo for the weekend. We were attending a wedding in East Jordan, about 15 minutes away. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The check in/out process was extremely simple and the communication was timely. We really enjoyed the fact that we were able to use the free shuttle offered within Boyne Mountain and were able to check out a few restaurants/bars on site. Overall, would recommend; great stay!

Great condo, great location

Great stay for our party of 7 / two families during late summer. Had a great time at the property and surrounding area. We’re excited to come back in winter as the location for winter activities is AMAZING - right on the run/lift trail. Great amenities, did some cooking and was very impressed with cookware! Had everything we could need. Great place, location, setup, smooth process!

Adequate Representation and Presentation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location for visiting local events in the area. The check in process was easy. One of the cabinet doors was busted. The owner's husband came and removed the door almost immediately upon our reporting of the issue. This action wasn't communicated to all parties and we were questioned about the missing door after departure. Having stayed in numerous properties around the country, I felt the lack of hospitality in the sparseness or minimalist of available towels, basic condiments and even some general welcome like a basket of fruit or pastries. It certainly has the feel of get them in and and get them out. I think a bit more warmth or personal touch on the arrival process would be welcomed and appreciated. That's what would qualify for a 5 star overall from my perspective. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to provide feedback.

Great Location

We booked this last minute to get a couple of days of skiing in during Spring break before the season was over. Location was ideal as we could ski right up to the back deck area. A furnace issue was addressed promptly. Only thing that could make this place better is a washer/dryer.

Great Location for Skiing

Reviewer Comments: Rental Property was as expected, although the ski-in/ski-out is not just Boyneland, it has a view of the base of Ramshead Chairlift which is even closer to ski, that was a bonus. There were water issues when we were there on last night (big warm-up and rain, water coming in through wall/window frame) and the Keurig maker didn't work when we arrived, but that didn't bother us as we brought our own coffee maker anyway. The beds were super comfortable, everyone slept great. The fireplace was great, it put out a lot of heat to dry off clothes. We do wish they had a better entry way for skiers, there should be benches, hooks and shelves for all the ski gear we had. Also there was no ski rack, either outside or inside. Some of the table chairs, closet doors, barstools were a little old. But overall, place was clean and comfortable, we would recommend to others and stay here again ourselves.

Boyne Mountain Condo

This condo was very clean and the perfect size for five of us. Bedrooms were a great size and the ski in/ski out feature was perfect. Right on a trail!
