Enjoy this wonderful family oriented private community but just minutes away to some amazing restaurants. Enjoy Bike riding, Kayaking, fishing and more all without leaving the community!!

We are currently new owners of this beautiful home so we have decided to let other people enjoy this Bayville Shores community as much as we have over the last 15 years, So this year we have decided to open our home up to special guests.

Why they chose this property

For over 20 years we have vacationed right here in Bayville Shores!! Why because its Absolutely Gorgeous and you can not beat all of the amenities that come along with this private community. The location is in a private setting but yet just a short drive to the beach and tons of wonderful restaurants. So if you are looking for a peaceful family fun vacation that is not in the busy areas but yet just a few minutes away, Look no more!! I'm certain that you will fall in love with this community!!

What makes this property unique

Our Unit is just Steps away from the pool, the gym, the playground and fishing pier. We purchased this property for the view and the convenience of just walking around the corner to the pool. and of course on Beach days its awesome to come back and take a dip in the pool. We are just a short 9 minutes to the Beach. Please feel free to ask any concerns or questions that you may have.
