BBZ Bunkhouse - Cozy and Close to Town; Yet Secluded In The Great Outdoors!

Welcome to the town of Williams, Arizona! Kick back and relax at this cozy, quaint, quirky, and quiet old ranch house. Williams is the Gateway to the Grand Canyon, which is located approximately 60 miles away. The town is full of restaurants, shopping, fresh air and friendly people! What a PERFECT place to spend your vacation! There is something very magical here during the Christmas Season!

The Bunkhouse is close to town, yet far enough out to enjoy the outdoors. The views are spectacular! There is a porch with a view...you can see the beautiful Bill William Mountain. There is plenty of room in the backyard for children and/or pets to play. The BBQ grill is a charcoal gei and you must bring tour oqn charcoal. The house is warm and inviting. Enjoy visiting Bearizona, The Deerfarm, The Grand Canyon, The Polar Express and don't forget the shopping!!! It's a lot of fun to play in the snow here. There are plenty of places to go sledding and lots of snowball fights can take place right here in the backyard! The summers can be nice and cool. Come and explore the area and see all that Williams has to offer!

Close to everything! Enjoyed bearizona and the deer farm. Had breakfast on route 66 and went to the Red Raven for dinner and Mexican food. Went shopping. So convenient! And not on top of a lot of people. Nice open space.

Great get away.

Amazing place to stay. Close enough but far enough from those visiting Williams. Very nice place to stay. They had everything we needed for our stay. Check-in process was easy.

Great location for all of the Williams area attractions!

A cute and cozy place to stay! Our grandkids and dog's loved the back yard! Grandpa and I loved the rocking chairs on the front porch in the cool evening fresh air!

Great getaway in our favorite little town!

Great little bunkhouse for our long weekend! The owners keep a tidy place with all the info you need on the area to enjoy your time. The backyard was doggie-approved and neighbor dogs came by for a visit as well. We look forward to staying again!!

Cozy and comfortable

The home was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our time here and would come back again, maybe when it’s colder so could use the fireplaces! Love this home!

Private Getaway

We stayed here to get to see the Grand Canyon. We enjoyed the town of Williams. The atmosphere was wonderful and the people were very kind. We did a UTV ride that ended at the Verde River. The Bunkhouse was a great home base for our adventures.

Lovely little bunkhouse!

We rented this cute little house as a return to my hometown for my grandmother’s memorial. It was just as described and perfect for a weekend getaway to the cooler weather! Our hosts were incredibly responsive with any questions or concerns. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a cozy getaway in the pines!

Perfect Bunkhouse

We really enjoyed our stay at this bunkhouse. It was the perfect size for our family. It is close to Bearzona, Route 66 and the train to Grand Canyon. Candi was amazing to work with and very communitive with us. We would definitely stay here again!

R and R in Williams

We live in the Phoenix area and the Bunkhouse has become our go-to place for a quick respite in the countryside. Immaculately clean, and perfectly situated on the outskirts of town, it provides all the amenities we need. We will return whenever we head for the hills of northern AZ.

Cozy Little Family Getaway

Nice house with lots of sweet perks. We enjoyed waking up to beautiful snow. There was also high winds, but we stayed cozy and warm inside. I really love how this house stayed warm during the storms. This is a great place to stay if visiting the Grand Canyon.

Grand Canyon adventure

My daughter and I visited the Grand Canyon for the first time. BBZ Bunkhouse was perfect for us. Great property…very clean and great location, just outside of downtown Williams. We day tripped to the canyon, came back and chilled or went in to town. The host Candi was outstanding. Our expectations were exceeded!

Beautiful Bunk!

First time guests in Williams AZ. This bunkhouse is beautifully positioned to enjoy what nature has to offer all while being minutes from downtown Williams AZ. I was surprised as to how close it was to the Grand Canyon Railroad Train AND Bearizona. We would definitely return. P.S the owners personal touch (notes and candy) and communication throughout were a plus.

William's get away

Over all stay was OK. Back yard was unusable because of weeds. Spend most of our time son at my son's vrbo rental. Had a large living room and a usable backyard. Bugs became a problem the last couple of days due to the rain, no fault of the owners.

Super Quaint Mountain Cottage w/ Charm!

My family had the pleasure of staying at this property over the weekend and was blown away by the house and the overall process we experienced! This was the absolute perfect place for a weekend getaway and it managed to fit a family of four plus two medium sized dogs! The house was stocked with games and books for our kids and the backyard provided tons of space for our dogs. The property owners were super quick on responding to our questions and explaining the overall process. We got the hotel service in the comfort of a home. We hope we're able to get this same property again next year! Highly recommend!!!

October hunt

The property was the perfect home for my husband, adult son and myself to stay while we hunted. I made dinner each evening, with the kitchen being so convenient. The beds were comfy with plenty of blankets to stay cozy throughout the night with the windows open. But my favorite part of the whole house was the front porch. My son and I sat in the rocking chairs visiting and reminiscing about everything while the sun came up and the sun went down, while the hubby enjoyed quiet time on the couch watching TV. It was the most enjoyable visit with my guys. Super location and close to downtown. Will definitely book here again. And Candi was amazing with communication!

Grand Canyon Visit

We loved the house and location. Really worked great for our trip to the Grand Canyon and other day trips. There were three adults and a dog. Plenty of room. The house was well furnished and quite cute Our dog especially enjoyed running in the yard after a long drive to get there. The internet was basically non-existent. We found a way around it, but it not available at all while we were there. The owners explained the issues, but would be best to list as iffy rather than disappoint other guests. We would consider that rental if in the area on the future. Thanks for the nice place to hang our hats for a few days.

Quaint Get Away

The location was perfect proximity to all the main events in the charming city of williams AZ. The host made us feel extremely welcome with birthday balloons for our 9 year old daughter and some special treats for our four-legged babies. Our children, especially enjoyed the toy shelf that the host provide for children. The cottage was clean and well, equipped for what we needed. (Very Cozy) The back yard was completey fenced in and spacious to accommodate our two large dogs. Communication between Host and ourselves we’re fantastic. They recommended a few restaurants for us to patronize, which were on point. We will definitely be back to visit. If you’re looking for charming space to stay and don’t feel like staying in a commercial enviorment/hote. I highly recommend this charming little cottage. Richard Emanuele!!!

Williams Vacation

It did not meet my expectations. It looks better in the pictures than it really is. The house was old and no air conditioning. It was hot... One of the big windows was missing the screen and I could not leave it open because of bugs. Also, I didn't feel safe leaving all the windows open all night. The portable swamp cooler was way too loud and did not put out cool air. The only good thing was its location to downtown Williams and the freeway.

Close to town but out far enough that you really feel like you are in the forest. Ponderosa Pines and Wildlife are everywhere. Deer roam free all over. Very calming and peaceful. Lots of fun for the entire family! 4 Seasons.
